Eisworth died from his severe injuries two months later. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty, but Black was declared mentally unfit to stand trial.

This has to be resolved ASAP and there is only one person, one position, in our government that takes their oath of office that uses the word “preserve.” That would be you.
