Natural born citizens are born in America to an American mother and American father. Vivek and Nikki fail this test. They are anchor babies.

We should have charges of treason and attempted treason for:

*non-natural born citizens who run for president

*anyone in authority of approving people to run for president who falsely certifies that a non-natural born citizen is eligible to run for president (like when Nancy Pelosi certified Obama).

Shouldn't they somehow mention in the labeling the color? Give them numbers or names to distinguish the colors🤣

On an Instagram conservative account asking what people think about Vivek, i have stirred up a hornet's nest stating that Vivek and Nikki are inelegible to be President due to birth to non-American parents. The ignorance of the constitution and the desire to ignore it are yuuuuge.

How can Abbott say that? As the Governor, he cannot make law. He could say that he would never make a mandate through illegal executive orders, because criminal complaints were filed against him:

Click the link http://ruleoflawradio.com/Governor%20Criminal%20Complaint.pdf to download the criminal complaint filed with the Travis County Grand Jury against Governor Greg Abbott on the 8th day of October, 2020.

Nothing here should be taken as a slight against the Governor. We accept that Governor Abbott acted, in the time of crisis, in the best of faith. Faith is not the issue. The issue is, he exceeded his authority and owes it to the rule of law to answer for the crimes alleged herein.

On the other hand, the Texas Legislature could make this a law.

I'm sensing a tranny vibe from the interviewer.

Vivek Ramaswamy’s parents immigrated from India to the USA about the year 1983 per publicly available information and Vivek was born soon thereafter in 1985. It takes at least five (5) years to become a naturalized United States Citizen.

The normal path to becoming a naturalized U.S. Citizen takes five years. Nikki Haley was born in 1972 . Her father and mother emigrated from India to Canada and then to the USA in 1969. Thus there was not sufficient time for either of Nikki’s parents to become naturalized U.S. Citizens when Nikki was born in 1972.

Imagine if an Iranian, Chinese, or Russian couple gave birth on American soil to some kid who ends up well-spoken and wants to be president. This is what the natural born citizen clause was supposed to prevent.

If some terrible assassin tries something just as they are booking Trump, the Secret Service could step in and whisk him away to safety.

Like Mystery Science Theater 3000!

This one is an idiot because he 1, 2, 3.

This one is not a natural born citizen because his parents were Indians when he was born...

I dare the White Hats to bring a well-spoken Russian, Iranian, or Syrian anchor baby to run for President and then red pill everyone about the risks.

Could we agree to eliminate candidates born to 2 non-citizen parents as they can never constitutionally qualify?

The federal government does not have exclusive jurisdiction over everything in the 50 states. They do in territories before they become states.

Case numbers for federal cases he won are listed here.

MP3's of his interviews are here for free.

Course was for sale in the past, I'm not sure about currently, do your own research and check availability before buying.

Then he says two government officials (he doesn’t remember what agency) quickly visited him, asking for his license, and ran him off the Lahaina Intermediate School parking lot where he attempted to launch.

Always get their names so you can file criminal complaints against them.

They needed special equipment to offload the oil? Haha, wait until they see that they need special refineries to process the stolen oil as it is different than what the refineries are used to.

Kelton didn't file the complaint to put anyone in jail, but rather to apply political pressure. Everyone who touched the complaint and did not process the complaint as the law commanded, then got their own criminal complaint.

Randy Kelton, host of Rule of Law Radio, filed a 62 page criminal complaint against the Governor of Texas for his violations of law during COVID. The governor soon changed his policies afterwards. For now, it is a very educational brief and an example of how to write a clear legal document:

https://files.catbox.moe/kv2wex.pdf

C. Primary Political Protection

Knowing the tendency of power to corrupt, the Legislature, in delegating operational authority to the Governor, placed strict limits on that authority. The limit being that the Governor could issue orders to public agencies and employees, but not to the public itself. That power was restricted to the legislature. The intent of our founders in this regard can hardly be misconstrued on reading the Texas Constitution Bill of Rights as Section 28 which reads as follows:

Sec. 28. SUSPENSION OF LAWS. No power of suspending laws in this State shall be exercised except by the Legislature.

Well, the governor suspended laws on his own and violated the constitution.

If I was playing golf all day in the wind, I might appear tired and have a Boris Johnson hairdo at the end of the day🤣😂

Anyway, if Mr. Trump is 'retired' at the moment as the media considers him, why does he have to be looking perfectly put together for the camera? He's an old man, let him play golf in peace and don't attack him for looking like he just played golf!

Well, because we want to see Trump utterly destroy the idiots and biased moderator/MC.
