We absolutely never wanted to be right, which I said many times to my friends when trying to put across what we're actually up against. It didn't matter. I swear that people make up their minds about a thing and then they look to their potentially incorrect decision as a comfort. It's hard to pry off the calcified layers of belief.

I've been actually shocked by how absolutely brain washed and mind-controlled these people are. I can understand the ones running the anti-ICE organizations, because those fuckers are just flat out evil. But the idiots they got to come in and get training and encouragement to go up against law enforcement...it just blows my mind. We literally have a population of severely wounded and easily manipulated individuals. What kind of mental illness tells your brain to listen to someone who tells you to bring your baby to a protest?

I can't manage anything but compassion for people who don't have a safe place to sleep.
