In the most recent video with George Webb and Dr. Peter McCullough the good Dr. speculates many vaccines were not stored at low enough temperatures, had various manufacturer errors/defects. Thus the lipid nano delivery did not occur.

LDP is very established, very pro-vax, pro-globalist now, more and more unpopular. Other up-start anti-vax, pro-nationalist parties getting popular right now. Risk LDP loses many seats. Abe was less globalist/more-Trump-like, and generally very popular. Martyr him now, generates sympathy vote for LDP. My wife is pretty red-pilled for J. She said it was extremely odd his secret service wasn’t protecting him from the back. Allowed the shooter to get too close.
Was outside train station. Major general election is this weekend - July 10. Very common for Japanese politicians to stand outside of train stations with portable microphone/special van for campaign speeches. Millions of people a day walk through major train station in Tokyo. In Nara, would be thousands passing by the location.

For racing thoughts “stop that thought”. Literally say/think this to yourself. Anxiety is a form of hyper imagination - where people who are intelligent naturally predict outcomes - and end up predicting negative outcomes. You could pick any phrase, but this one works well. You break up the mind’s obsession with the issues you are dealing with. You are naturally trying to fix/predict/deal with life but it goes a bit too far and overloads. It’s like hitting a reset button.
The other suggestion is exercise - which you are already doing - and from now and then meditating. Just find a quiet place, sit in a chair, close your eyes, and focus on a white spot/sphere 3 inches in front of your nose or forehead. Count your breaths. Count to 121 in segments of 11. If you can do that for 5 minutes straight you will calm down.
And then yes- reading the Bible. Download onto your phone. Read in small doses. Read a psalm, read one parable of the gospels. Amazing wisdom and it can calm you as well.

Yes I think on X22 as well. If I remember - his words not mine - the main motivation was for some reason the building housed all the DoD medical records of Desert Storm vets. They were all sick from anthrax vaccines and exposure to depleted Uranium. If they could sue and prove harm it was going to be a mess for decades. So get rid of the records, no discovery possible. Then no lawyer will take the case.
A jam band is one that is known for “jamming” or playing spontaneously and improvising for long periods during one of its traditional songs. The classic - and I suppose first - jam band was the Grateful Dead - and then in the 80/90s bands like Widespread Panic and Pfish became popular. I have no idea why it is called “jamming” but a “jam” session is from jazz originally - where a group of several musicians would improvise around a theme. No idea where the “jam” comes from - perhaps from “crowded together” as in “jammed in together”.

I got an antibody test. It required a blood sample. There is one made by Roche that is the standard. I tested “strong positive” almost 18 months after I was sick. Anything over 1 is positive. I had a count of 26. If you get vaccinated it spikes to like 100-150. Apparently. I read that “having lots of antibodies” is not necessarily a good thing. You shouldn’t actually have large count of antibodies unless you are sick. You keep them and then they would increase if you happened to get reinfected. I am not a doctor but I recall this from what I read a while back. And “strong positive” was the physician comment when I got test results.
A friend said you can use this as proof to enter the UK, the EU and the US but they don’t publicize it and try to make people think they have to be vaccinated. I haven’t followed up on that, but worth mentioning. He’s Canadian and recently traveled to the UK.

It was already against Japanese employment law for the private sector to 1- inquire about personal health data such as vaccine status 2 - discriminate against any health condition such as vaccine status, where accommodation can be made. It’s not new policy. Remains to be seen if it is enforced.
