Unless in conflict with the US Constitution, State law typically overrides due to Tenth Amendment: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people."
I think you're misreading it. It's a comma with an or listing out three independent reasons:
- ANY REASON of Personal Conscience
- Religious
- Medical (including Natural immunity)
I see you haven't posted in a while. Here is reference if you're out of loop: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAzaDp6yoQw
I don't think mine is long enough to reach Nevada.
My company has a vax mandate. They are currently gathering everyone's status. You can answer: Vaccinated (with proof), "Unvax w/ no intention", "Unvax w/ scheduled appointment", "unvax but undecided", or "will not disclose".
I saw the official numbers of one site and there was literally 1 person that answered unvax (35 people said will not disclose). About 100 people at the location.
Management then went and told everyone "the number of unvaccinated is in the single digit %" to try to scare everyone.
It's more important from the "they intentionally withheld information" and acted deceitfully. This proves "willful misconduct" which is what is necessary to remove their liability shield for lawsuits against Pfizer. That is a big deal.
To be fair, i don't think the title matches the video.
Fauci is scum, and I fully believe he was closely involved in planning to utilize a self-inflicted pandemic to circumvent the normal process, but I don't think this video is one that will red pill normies.
No problem. You might check your state laws too. I know for Texas the genetic discrimination law is much much stronger than federal (can't take action against employee who doesn't take it).
I'm not sure the Antigen tests count as "genetic", but I think the PCR nasal swabs count as genetic.
I've wondered if the PCR tests constitute a "genetic test" which would be prohibited under GINA or state-by-state regulations. You might try this angle.
GINA is the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act. Section 202 (https://www.eeoc.gov/statutes/genetic-information-nondiscrimination-act-2008):
(a) Discrimination Based on Genetic Information.--It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer--
(1) to fail or refuse to hire, or to discharge, any employee, or otherwise to discriminate against any employee with respect to the compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment of the employee, because of genetic information with respect to the employee; or
(2) to limit, segregate, or classify the employees of the employer in any way that would deprive or tend to deprive any employee of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the status of the employee as an employee, because of genetic information with respect to the employee.
Discouraged? Why? Did anyone expect the news to suddenly come out and say "decertify the election"? No, of course not, fake news is going to spread propaganda.
The audit showed a significant amount of fraudulent activities. I'm glad its come out and now the next steps need to happen.
Ummm, this isn't about voting... It's about getting legislature on the table to pass which has a reasonable chance of going through given the current legislature composition.
Agree completely. That is why i suggested denying them a TX business permit (e.g. restaurant denied liquor license).
That was actually how Paxton shut down the restaurants that were trying to do vaccine passports in Austin despite it being illegal. Those restaurants reversed their position immediately.
Regardless, this is a start and its certainly better than nothing. We need to get this or something similar passed which I why I'm trying to get the word out.
To anyone reading this, contact your representative and/or Abbott (even if he is a RINO he's still a RINO that wants to be reelected).
At least you don't have to worry about her stopping birth control without telling you. I mean, she might do that given her actions here, but given she is probably sterile it won't be an issue.
Seriously though, cut and run. If you she can't tell you, either (1) she's too weak to be honest with you or (2) your relationship is not one built on trust.
She might argue that you wouldn't respond appropriately, but that's like cheating on your partner and then saying you didn't tell them because they'd react badly. At least if they told you ahead of time that they wanted to be non-exclusive, it's still a relationship built on trust even if its a super shitty conversation/position to have. This is no different.
It hasn't been put to the floor. Which is why we need people to contact their representative and/or Abbott (he may be a RINO but he's a RINO scared of not getting elected) to push this forward.
The current legislative special session just started, so its not too late.
Typically its not illegal to ask, BUT it can lead to discrimination claims down the road. If she says "no" and the basis of the no is a protected class (religious reason or medical health reason) and then they take action against her it can be deemed religious discrimination.
My recommendation is to not lie. Either say "no" or "will not disclose". If it's a one-party consent state, they might consider taping the conversation.
Edit: If truthful, you might even recommend saying "no, based on my religious beliefs" to put it squarely in the protected class status.
I'm an undocumented congressman.
Fact Check: Crowds are chanting "Fuck" directed at Trump followed up by a happy cheer of "Joe Biden"
Helps to take down your competition.
You missed the most important step one. Are you vaccinated? Yes -> Covid, otherwise no.
In order to support the hospitals that laid off half of their staff, they can't setup field hospitals because they're also laying off half of the military.
I'd like an actual source rather than a random tweet.
Thank you!!!
Can you post direct link? Ty
That's reserved for parents that care that their kids aren't taught to hate white people.
