I've heard stories of doctors telling the parents about severe health problems they detected about the baby in the womb, and they recommended killing it. Parents refused, baby is born, and turns out to be perfectly healthy.

I don't know what the ethical thing to do here. A family having a baby with such a severe problem is usually end of the line - its rarely feasible to have another child. So I can understand how parents might feel have to take that gamble. If you abort the pregnancy with that risk factor, you can still have more kids.
I am not a religious person and hearing this I was like 'what's the big deal. they are testing the effect of vaccines on fetal tissue'. I have sympathy for those who have strong religious believes but for a large group this doesn't matter.
That being said. I am still waiting for the big revelation, with Pfizer/Modena/JJ whistle blowers sharing actual testing results that proof the vaccine was rushed and results were shoved aside for the sake of profit. Lab test leaks, that is what is going to shock the world.

No aborted fetal tissue is not a flavor enhancer. People get that very confused. What they did was somehow took aborted fetal cells and used them to test flavors, to see what people that got the luxury of being born would prefer. Several things I noticed:

While the video is confirmation that they use aborted fetal cell line in testing, she raises the suspicion that they may actually be in the vaccine itself several times. Those emails do not indicate that however it’s possible she came across other information that she can’t or won’t share at this time. Maybe they are trying to goad the truth out of Pfizer.
The blacked out windows actually shocked me the most in this video, as I already knew about fetal cell line testing. Why exactly did they feel the need to do this in the manufacturing area of the building? What’s in there they don’t want their own employees to see? Or the “FDA” as they said? Makes no sense…

As is the norm for literally all new medication because that's the first kind of testing all new compounds receive - you put that compound on cell tissue that's lab grown bits of human organs and see if anything bad happens to the cells under a microscope.
No point proceeding to experiments on living things, even mice if your in-vitro testing shows that your new compound just straight dissolves liver tissues or heart tissues etc..

They've been using cells grown from aborted fetuses for other vaccines. What they said when it's been brought up in the past is that they used those cells many years ago for the original experimentation, but now they use only synthetic versions in current vaccines.
They use the same logic as the fake meat with the "blood" they use to make the fake meat bleed like real meat, there are fetal cells in that but not enough to trigger an FDA warning. In other words they have a quantified number of cells that split the difference between "this amount counts and this amount doesn't"

There's a big problem with this PV report. Based just on the comments I see here, there's a lot of confusion that this somehow proves aborted fetal cells are an ingredient in the final vaccine product. The closest we get to that is when she says "They’re being so deceptive in their emails, it’s almost like it is in the final vaccine. It just made me not trust it."
This is not evidence they were deceptive about vaccine ingredients. She's speculating. We already know fetal cell lines derived from aborted tissues were used in testing and development, you could google that information for months now.

The fetal tissue likely is in the jab but the PV video did not expose that but rather that fetal tissue was used in testing and that Pfizer is deliberately lying to the public about that.
