Nothing we know of right now would do what you are saying it would do. If they have something that would do this. Then they don't need to give it to us in an injection.

This is one of those things where if our enemies can do what you think they are doing. Then we are already all done fore.

It's much more likely this is an operation to just flat out convince their enemies (Us) people not to take the shot.. So they die in higher numbers.

Seriously the US military can't keep track of its people on deployment, what makes you think they can do what you are thinking.
