I have been saying for over 1 year that if the medical community wanted people to get well, the PCP would discuss with every patient the following: 1) Eat healthily-avoid prepared and fast foods which are loaded with salt, preservatives, and only a God knows what else; focus on more fresh fruit and vegetables, limit your sugars and carbs such as potatoes, pasta and breads, 2) Healthy BMI-if you stop eating prepared, processed and fast food, you will lose weight slowly, 3). Good Vitamin D levels-in the 50-70 range; especially those in the Northeast and upper Middle U.S. take Vitamin C and D daily. If you don’t know your Vitamin D levels ask your doctor to draw them, 4). Avoid diet and energy drinks which are loaded with chemicals 5). Mild exercise daily, if possible-even if you go up and down stairs several times per day.
That makes a lot of sense to use it on adults!

It is both sides spreading. However the reason the “vaccinated” are spreading is because the Covid shot is not a vaccine like we used to be familiar with. Those vaccines provided decades of immunity, supposedly. The Covid shot efficacy is down to between 3-6 months of protection, if that. It contains spike proteins shin target the immune system, weakening the immune system. So the vaccinated, with each additional shot/booster, weaken their immune system further. Hence, less ability to fight off illness, results in hospitalization and in some cases death. If the Covid shot functioned like a normal vaccine, you would not get sick and would have nothing to fear from people who choose not to receive the shot with all the adverse reactions/side effects and even death.
Why even get the Covid shot if you had Covid? Your immune system would have protected you. Taking the Covid shot negated you’re natural immunity and has made you susceptible because it has damaged your immune system.
The people can only be taught and learn the basics of immunology because they don’t have the educational background to go deeper.
