So true. I am a big fan of infowars and the more one considers the dupes issue here, the more nuanced it gets. Repetitions are important. The principle of "timing is everything" is at play. Yes. Setting the parameters for what is a dupe is part judgement call. The minimum thing we should do is perform a search before creating a post, and go from there. Adding a comment to a recent post on the subject matter reduces the clutter. It is a better user experience to follow the GAW recommendation on this.
