Sort of. Just to clarify, according to WHO 20% is from member funding, while the other 80% is a mix of voluntary contributions from member states and from private companies/organizations. Basically some member states give extra taxpayer money to these globohomos, and some come from companies like big pharma. Nothing to see here…
