Well said.

I dont regret being a pharmacist, but I prayed for 10 yrs for God to release me from it. He did...He poked in both eyes so that I couldn't practice anymore!

Trade off...zero peripheral vision, no night driving and adaptation to a new lifestyle.

Definitely worth it. It was killing me. Became ALL females except 3 out of 25 employees. Hormonal hell on earth. No offense to anyone here.

Wife loathes female bosses. Men are more direct, black/white, which is essential in the workplace. Not, " what's for lunch? Who's birthday is next? , b.s.

It's late, but my 2 cents...great advice!!

Been there...job, life, Q...cant be 24/7.

My cool wife used to let me just leave solo for a week and id come back better. Nothing untoward. Me and me Bible. Either mtns or beach and a tent.

Haven't had to do it for some time, thankfully.

ALSO, since mid April when I found out about cPTSD, my life is 180° better! (Still!)

A couple of hiccups, but 90 % "normal" again. Less everything that was a negative hindrance. I've learned so much.

No drugs, no doctors, just faith and perseverance. Everyone's 1st response, " What'd they put you on?" Sad.

Just happy to be able to say i am still happy! Incredibly incredible.

So when a hawk feather lands in my yard and I take it in, put it on the table till someone tosses it out, is against the law?

I do obey the law, not imbecilc ones. They lied about DDT, so I don't believe their bird counts either. Like no birds are killed by windmills, but they are.

No one kills hawks for decor. Usually a road kill or natural death only.

There's a hawk just above the dam right now in a clump of feathers in the road.. bad timing!

We have nesting great blue herons, turkey vultures and hawks near and above the dam, as well.

Was in Cherokee, NC today...everyone should see that landscape at least once. NOT Gatlinburg!

Love the birds!

I know it's done, but I'm not educated on it. Sorry

Cant keep them? says who? That's crap.

On Navajo res you weren't supposed to pick up and keep anything.

My Indian buddies always said, "fk the BLM and the govt. These pottery pieces and shit belonged to my family. Take it. It's yours, man "

Unless you wantonly killed a hawk, you can keep the feathers. No one owns feathers or birds.

Check out old school bikers , esp around here , they have hawk feathers/tails, turkey feathers and all sorts of stuff as decoration.

The hawk as a blessing? It's the habitat.

Used to have an owl outside my window every night, told the Navs, "Oooo, someone's going to die!" No one died. I just thought it was mating calls...

We have a crow family that raises 1 or 2 babies a year.

They and their murder will aerial assault starlings and drive hundreds+ away. It's like coordinated squadrons. So cool. Better than loud noises, etc

And they did to a golden what you described vs the hawk!

Crows also can remember you by face and body shape; if you are an ahole to them they will scream at you AND tell their buddies and they'll do the same! So cool.

Awesome!

About 20 yrs ago, by chance, we looked over and saw some wild turkeys in a field and in an instant, a golden eagle swooped, turned sideways and, as you said, it exploded the turkey into Lindell stuffing!

Mind-blowing

While shocking, bird vs bird as prey is v common.

Sometimes eagles attack owls over territory, less often as a meal.

Hawks love fledglings.

Crows main predators are owls, hawks and eagles

Owls eat song birds and so it goes round and round...

Still cool as heck tho!

Who registers a gun?

(Besides when you have to give all your info with the background check...it's the same as registering anyway)

An ethical expert lawyer, a fren, with a bunch of notches in his belt should grasp this case by the horns and gouge those bigots with the same.

Poor little cutie.

Hell's bells. I thought that said "librarians".

Which is becoming a truth by their stocking of groomer, racist, anti-American, etc. "literature "...

Update: I won the mask war! Gave emotional, yet scientifically rational, discourse. They folded.
