If that’s a body double he’s also a stuntman. It’s not easy to fake being a total stumblebum, but he’s pretty convincing.
Must be something in the water. Seeing a lot of this lately.
Like George Costanza I went Orthodox because I like the hats. Yeah, that was it. The hats.
Correctomundo captain obvious.
Cops hate vigilantes too. For good reason.
I remember they doubled Hershey bars to a dime and reduced the size by half (or so it seemed to me). I posited they’d eventually charge a quarter not to have any chocolate in the wrapper.
Perhaps an appropriate occasion for use of one’s own judgement.
GIs referred to OSS as Oh So Special.
I clearly recall the notoriously rabid “right wing” John Birch Society was stridently advocating against flouridation from the 1950s and if I remember right they asserted it’d been used on Nazi German “detainees” to keep them docile and was being implemented here for the same purpose. Maybe they weren’t crazy after all.
‘We wouldn’t allow our opponents guns, why would we allow them ideas.’
To paraphrase Lenin.
I personally think the best ideas are in a well known compendium of ancient texts. You may well be familiar with it.
Like David Ickes with a long book connecting lots of dots and in the end it’s a reptilian alien. (I don’t believe that)
It’s still funny.
What you’re allowed to think, out there in TV land, is loosening up to where people not remotely interested in “politics” may even venture to openly question narratives.
I watched an interesting clip from a favorite history YouTuber, the “whatif “ guy comparing post-modernism and Gnosticism. Lots of overlay. Remember in Gnosticism Lucifer is the “good guy”. He says you’re a “god” and can create your own “reality” better than that nasty old (patriarchal) Demiurge. Sounds pretty “woke” to me.
Just a coincidence….
I had an elderly Hungarian friend tell me many years ago; it’s not like on TV. He was a great guy. Taught me shooting and pheasant hunting with dogs.
If you want history, read Herodotus. Lots of what he wrote was deemed wildly inaccurate for centuries, even by his contemporaries, but has recently been proven true.
I like your, perhaps unintentional Virtual Reality to Vivek Ramaswami comparison implied in “VR”. As in; he’s not real.
Of the field he says the most Trumpian things, but it’s only talk. He seems willing to say anything to “win” whatever that might mean to him at any given moment.
I Trust Trump! Nobody else in my lifetime has willingly sacrificed everything to save this country. God Bless GEOTUS and God Bless America.
Follow the $
There are servants of God, and enemies of God.
— St. John Climacus
I read the whole thing. Fascinating.
I do agree with the assessment of psychopaths. They’re very predictable, and attach no value to loyalty. They care mostly about “fairness”. It’s fair if and only if they’re “one up”. Their only question is; WIIFM? It makes them easy to discern, and avoid.
I’ve delighted in deceiving them into ignoring me by playing dumb. A “southern accent” often fools them completely!
This “Protocol” seems optimistically predictive, and in retrospect tragically (imo) inaccurate. But I’m an optimist, and maybe 2020 and the “pandemic” were necessary steps. “I guess we’ll see.” — DJT “God wins.” — Q.
Also, it seems to me that global economies are using the potential productivity of the population to establish GDP figures they then borrow against. Maybe that fuels our unfettered immigration scene. More debt slaves equals more GDP. But I’m not an economist, just an old spavined horse out to pasture.
Still, I’m a servant of Adonai (The Most High God) and try my best to shine the light of Truth.
So my overall assessment is this is “Truthy” but not necessarily “facty”. But what the heck do I know? Nuffin. I do recommend this little known gem though.
That video of him line for line parroting Obama makes me assume he’s now doing the same thing with GEOTUS. Trump will extol him or expose him, or maybe even both. Vivek; rhymes with fake.
Read “Winter Kills”. Really.
Same. Tacitly awaiting told you so points though I’m far from break even now. IDC. Worth every penny.
The last point is the first thing Hitler did.
He immediately disarmed the populace.
As a kid I saw many backyard bomb shelters. Popular Science and Popular Mechanics (print magazines) featured how to articles.
None were luxurious, but many were well stocked with food/water etc. There were TV shows where neighbors fought to get inside while those inside struggled to keep the doors closed.
Watch out for feral ghouls….
Short Blackrock?
