If Vivek states he is ineligible to be president because he was not born to American parents, I will believe this theory. He is in a position to point this out, take down Nimrata Haley's candidacy, and help to undo the damage that Obama did, if we believe his photoshopped birth certificate that his father was African and his 19 y/o mother was not old enough under the immigration laws to pass citizenship to her son.
