based on what we have today, our Republican form of govt is long lost. Today's legislative bodies consistently put forth bills they know to be UnConstitutional. Moreover, these bills are written by lobbyists. Check the last 20 years worth of fed laws and policies, are there any organically formed ones or do they all favor/apply to corps/ind who lobby DC. What this past year has shown me so clearly is that we don't need the fed; their dismantling might save the Republic.
