What I've done in the past to satisfy myself, is choose one country and go deep diving to see if I can debunk the claims or not, but even researching something like the Japanese central bank produces enough links to give a five hour presentation. Countries like China aren't so difficult because Jews with names like Israel Epstein created their Jewish central banks, but others countries require such a deep understanding that only the most dedicated researchers will understand.
