That's a great suggestion. I wish it was covered by insurance too, because it can add up. So, being cheap, I have been able to find a combination of leverage + foam roller + medicine ball to focus the pressure anywhere i need to, including anywhere on my back.
What's the nature of your injury? Can you identify if it's skeletal or muscular?

This is funny. One time when i was a lot younger, and just awakening, i was about to post something totally inflammatory that would have landed me in hot water. Just as i pressed down to click send the internet went out, so when i let go of the click, it didn't send. When i got the network back online i saw it didn't send, and gave me pause for thought. So i didn't post it.
I chalk it up to God watching over me and saying "no, no no!", but for a time i thought it was someone spying on me because it was such a fluke, that i never experienced again.

Oh, this is going to be triggering. I cannot say if it's real or fake, but i'm leaning to the later.
Jetbrains has a nice model: Pay for it and you get a perpetual license for that version. Pay yearly and you get perpetual licenses for those (and the latest) too.
If it didn't have that i would have switched to free alternatives.
They haven't stopped me:
I have a huge CD/DVD/BLU-Ray collection.
I have disc players.
I try avoid a phone because it's a tracking device. But i have tons of offline storage.
I don't stream because physical is higher bitrates than streaming - a 4K stream is a joke compared even to a HD blu ray disc.
I have a lot of offline things saved for when the internet goes out.
I don't subscribe to anything but the internet, and i definitely do not 'rent' or 'subscribe' to things.. i opt to own
Oh yeah, and i use Annas Archive. At this stage i don't care if it's illegal, because the bigger crime is paywalling information the world needs.

Yeah, i'm a visual person too, but you have to admit this is a stretch.
Ignoring the different angled image, we have:

- looks like a stick, goes higher than his hand, it's not as wide as his hand.

- Yeah it's lined up in the spot.
But everything else says no:
Heads of officers? not there. Hands or sticks in air of officers? Not there. Flag ? Not there. It's a real stretch for me if only two spots vaguely match up but others don't.

I'm honestly not convinced. Nowhere in any section does this image line up to what's there. Zoom in and watch the transitions. The shape is not there.
This is really trying hard to make that squiggle in the middle and the squiggles to the left of it match up to his face and fist, but the rest of the image has 0 match, and you can tell when you zoom in and isolate sections
