First, never stop meds cold Turkey. Could be dangerous. I weaned myself from mine. Water is key. I add 2 tbl spoons apple cider vinegar to a 20 oz bottle of water. Dont start there unless you have a strong stomach. Work your way up. I drink at least 3 a day. Grapefruit is also good. Granny Smith apples dont generate alot of natural sugar in your body. Their bitter but once you develop a taste for them, yummy! Any kind of natural fiber for the "movements " will make you feel great. Eliminating stress (not easy) will do wonders. I changed jobs for that reason. Lost income but worth it. Got questions, mssg me. I'm not a dr and I've never played one on TV. ;)

Congratulations on your weight loss!! My wife is down almost 50 from January this year. I myself stopped going to my dr for bp. Took myself off meds and lowered it 15 points naturally. Screw big pharma. You can do it!!

I'm in the same situation fren. They keep telling us to show proof or wear a mask. I just ignore them and do my job to the best of my ability. I'm waiting for them to swing first. Got forms from Childrens Health Defense and American's frontline Doctors that have the specific laws they are breaking. I have my recording device ready to inform them that I am recording the conversation and any further steps they take to force me to comply with their illegal actions with result in lawsuits. Keep the faith!
