Russia is a great country. No wokeness, and the global elite are heavily suppressed. There has been some scary propaganda about new citizens being drafted to fight in Ukraine, but it isn't bad at all. Fighting and sacrificing for your new country helps cement that bond and sense of patriotism. All immigrants should be required to provide national service, and Russia is the only country with the balls to do so. People also complain about corruption and oligarchs, but only because they aren't part of the global order. Its just business, and allowing for bribes at some levels really helps incentivizes growth and removes red tape when it's needed. Such a based country.

It is easy to be discouraged, but we must have patience. The deep state has centuries to embed itself, build defenses, and make plans. It will take a long time to fully remove them. That's why it seems there has been so little progress over the past 10 years, it is all going according to plan. I think it will probably be another decade before we start seeing some traction in terms of public arrests and abolishment of corrupt institutions. We're winning the war, just has to be done in carefully orchestrated steps. We don't want to rush it. Anytime I get discouraged, I remember one of Q's most enduring phrases. TRUST THE PLAN! We have to remember that the good guys are in control. They won't let President Trump fall or end in disgrace. SCOTUS is defining the limits of the US CORP (14th Amend) vs the American Republic (i.e. within the states). We are dual citizens, citizens of the United States (US CORP) per social security number AND citizens of the sovereign state in which we reside (non Federal jurisdiction, i.e. not Federal Land outside the state, not Federal Territory, and not Federal land inside the state). The ruling means that illegal anchor babies ARE NOT citizens of the states, but may be citizens of the US CORP if born in a Federal jurisdiction, including FED TERRITORIES.
If the sovereign states ever terminate their contracts with the MSCORP overlays, then this decision becomes meaningful (it likely only takes an EO from either Trump or the Governors individually to terminate the contract).

Congress can change the law. Will likely need a super majority that actually is America First though.
This issue cannot be brute force resolved because the 14th Amendment is the foundation of the US CORP (until the US CORP is dissolved). Consider that the ruling is talking about the "United States" = US CORP. The ruling is correct for the "corporate rules" which are all unconstitutional within the states per Article IV, Section 4.
The ruling does not say "people born in America or within the sovereign states are citizens". This ruling means that one must be born on Federal Land or in a Federal-controlled Territory to be a "US citizen", these are all CORP jurisdiction.

Executive orders are not laws, they just have the "full force of law" and they cannot be used to contravene or overturn a law, only another executive order. Plus, they can only apply to federal law, not state or local.

Biden used the autopen to nominate the Supreme Court justice he appointed, if that is invalid, she is also invalid. Worst case, that makes this a 4-4 decision.
The other way would be a constitution amendment to change the verbiage of the 14th amendment which, already states in plain language, citizenship applies to people under the justification of the US. Foreigners here are not subject to our jurisdiction, whether for vacation or illegally.

While I hate the ramifications of the ruling, after reading it, I agree with the majority's stance. While I wholeheartedly think that if those who wrote the 14th amendment foresaw the problem we're having today that they would have included children of illegals as exceptions, the fact is that they did not foresee that, and it's our job to make sure that gets included in a new amendment at some point.
But right now, we have bigger fish to fry, and SCOTUS paved the way for us to fry them, so let's not get too down about this. No reason to lose our peace or our hope over it. The amendment as it stands is insufficient for the times, so we must amend it accordingly and that's that. Oh well. We still have a million other things to be happy about. This is a bump in the road, nothing more.

I live in the San Gabriel Valley area in Southern California, where there is a huge Asian population. Birthright tourism is VERY common here, and they don't even try to hide it because it's totally legal. They buy large homes, bring in a housekeeper/cook from China, and charge 60-80 thousand for each child to be born here.
I once visited a home of one of my students in Arcadia, CA and there were three very pregnant Chinese ladies living there with their housekeeper, and the owner. If she "hosts" 20 of these birth tourists per year, that's well over a million dollars a year! I'd also bet my right arm lots of the transactions are in cash.
