Charge the kid with illegal entry in the United States charge him with resisting arrest but trying to charge him for the cop having a goddamn heart attack while in the process of trying to hold him down because the cop wasn't fit for duty is a huge fucking stretch and I don't think it'll hold up in any court without a completely biased judge.

Well, they have to do something to combat the wages rising along with inflation. They have to keep the cost of labor down while simultaneously jacking the price of everything up. Increase the supply of labor, increase the demand of goods and services while simultaneously strangling the domestic supply chain with excessive regulations for American companies until they can't operate anymore and force them out of business. So you increase the price of goods with that alone and then you add inflation to the mix and the end result is you will have nothing and you will be happy.

If you trust a dictator to have an impartial trial instead of using this as a weapon to instill fear and submission in the population, then I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I'd like to sell you. I know that it's frustrating watching people you perceive to be guilty getting off, but those protections are there in place to stop a much worse alternative which is a government that abuses the court systems to execute people who oppose it. We have a prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment for a good reason a damn good reason. We don't want to be in a situation where whoever is in power gets to basically say what the law is and make up bullshit accusations throw you in front of a corrupt judge who's just going to go along with it because he's been paid off or threatened or whatever, and now all of a sudden you've got an innocent man being castrated or tortured or executed or what the fuck ever kind of horrible thing the devil puts into people's heads.

They probably did all of these trials as a political show to try and rally up their base and get them to vote blue no matter who, but now that it's backfiring and they're looking at the poles, everybody involved is just kind of shitting themselves and trying to delay it or put it off until people forget about it. I mean even my parents who are the dumbest Democrats you're ever going to fucking meet are just saying they're going to vote independent now. At this point a vote independent is a vote for Trump. That's why all these show trials are probably coming to a screeching halt. They're dead in the water and they know that they're going to get overturned on appeal almost instantaneously, and it's not really mission accomplished so much as mission failed. So now the DNC is pulling back resources from these trials to try and focus on their next scheme whatever that's going to be.

We would have to eminent domain all the private property along the border to create a buffer zone/national park/artificial wetland. It's a lot harder to tunnel under a swamp, and the crocs or gators would have a much better shot at long term survival. Honestly we should never have allowed development right up to the border in the first place, now if we really want to secure it, we're gonna either need the full cooperation of the Mexican government, or we're gonna need to annex a shitload of land on one side of the border or the other.
