You will lose weight and start feeling better. Excercise more, even if just long walks. Eat probiotics like yogurt. NA beer once in a while for foods like steak or other foods that are good with beer. Drink more water. Tell yourself how strong you are by not needing it. The hangovers were making me feel very horrible and giving me anxiety. I didnt want to do it anymore. I feel great almost all the time now and I have lost weight.
