It certainly looks to me like a balloon with equipment hanging form it. Could be the "sky event" from the drops.
It's definitely not the ISS though.
Satellite?
Satellites in orbit are moving extremely fast, about 17,000 miles an hour. Something slowly drfiting like this object is very probably a balloon.
Who the balloon belongs to and what it's real purpose is is the real point of speculation in my opinion.

That was my first thought too, but the scale is way off. When the ISS passes in front of the moon it is much smaller than depicted in this image. Who really knows what the hell is going on? I'm just trying my damnedest to enjoy the show :)
