Regardless, if you have any autoimmune disease you need to limit your diet - what you eat and drink - to meat and a few veg. Exclude anything with fructose, glucose, flour etc. Once the problem goes away, you can introduce other foods, one by one to see if you can now tolerate them.

It's worth noting that we Brits mostly never owned guns in the first place. The number "handed in" was minuscule. When I was a child, I never saw a single gun apart from in cowboy movies.
