I never understood why America hate is so huge.
I grew up Canada and in my US history class the teacher went around the room and asked the class what they thought of America and most of them said "I hate America, I don't like Americans". I'll never forget that.
Personally I thought America was great because al the good products, good movies and TV came from there. It just seemed like a bigger grander more fun Canada to me.
I also drove down there a few times and people seemed nice and similar to Canadians
Eventually I moved to the USA and naturalized, and live a bigger, grander, life with a better job than I could get in Canada.
