This $130 product has neither color options nor USB C. This is an overpriced resale of an Alibaba product with fake marketing.

Have you ever made a megathread to try to deliver a big picture (no pun intended) view of these things?

It’s amazing how productive people used to be without the internet.

But what’s the one vital thing you need to put the entire global financial system on a blockchain?

Energy.

With Proof of Stake and Moore’s Law, is energy going to be a limiting factor for financial transactions?

MTG made an irrelevant conclusion. Climate aerosols are about the climate. This isn’t the evidence she should be presenting to make her case. This is a weak argument.

I’m taking the “no injury, no standing” that was thrown at Trump about the 2020 election and applying it here to the DOJ because the feds have no legal jurisdiction in how states run their elections.

I don’t know. I can’t recall. It hasn’t been classified yet.

I would treat it as an issue of conscience and read Romans 14 if you are a Christian. Do your best to understand your choices and do your own research (as you seem to be doing, good!) then prayerfully decide. Don’t violate your own conscience.

Let’s establish this hypothetical:

  1. Some celebrity doesn’t know Jesus
  2. Someone puts a gun to his head and tells him to do something illegal and horrifying while the cameras are recording.
  3. Celebrity chooses to live and follows the instructions

Does #3 somehow preclude this person from hearing the gospel and responding to the gospel? No, as far as I understand what the Bible teaches, the person’s past sins don’t disqualify them from what Jesus did. There’s a really important personal lesson here that we are tempted to say, “I’m not as bad as that.” Or “I was never that bad.” The truth is that I sinned. Im no better than anyone else and have no hope apart from God’s grace in Jesus.

This thread and forum see a lot of cries for justice and that the law should be upheld. From a Christian standpoint, it is important to distinguish concepts of salvation, Christ’s forgiveness, our forgiveness toward others, individual retaliation, God’s justice, and a government upholding justice. That is to name some nearby concepts. The Bible has a lot to say on those things so we should take care and recognize the nuance.
