Exact same happened to my coworker yesterday and I had to cover for him. He was sent home after trying to hide how sick he was. He came in because he's been out sick multiple times the past year and has no more sick time left. He gets very sick with flu and colds when everyone else is fine. I haven't said anything to him, but thinking about bringing it up next week to see what he has to say about the vax and his getting sick alot. He did tell me he never used to get this sick, but I don't think he can admit what's actually going on.
