I've been intermittent fasting for the past couple years and done some short fasts, 4-5 days. I tried to do a longer one last week and got very ill on the 7th day. I took electrolytes and more water bur couldn't feel better so I had a cup of broth. Day 8, still sick: nauseous, headache, unbelievable leg pain, weakness, still taking electrolytes. So I ate a tiny meal, about a cup of food. Became violently ill. Projectile vomiting and diarrhea. On going leg pain etc. What a great day! That night I took Ivermectin but no noticeable improvement. Day 9, felt like crap and decided whatever was wrong, I wasn't fixing it and I needed a new plan. I ate a micro carnivore meal of about 300 calories. I did the same thing on day 10, 11 and 12. I don't feel great, but I'm not well. I've lost 17 pounds this fast and 10 on my January fast. My question to you brilliant bastards: what do you think happened to me? There can't be that much difference between a 5 day fast and 7, can there? Was it a toxin dump? Not enough potassium? Which seems ridiculous because I was taking electrolytes and you are supposed to be able to fast on water only with no supplements. I'm super disappointed because I was trying for a full 40 day Lenten fast, knowing full well I might have to break it up into many smaller fast, but I was okay with that. I know I can still lose weight on OMAD carnivore or ketovore but I really wanted to heal some things.
Proud to have voted for Wes. We all need big prayers to help him stay honest and not be corrupted by the system.
You might want to research that. The meat -is- bad con of the 20th century has long since been exposed.
My neighbors are from Brazil so I have been watching this closely for the past couple years. What's been happening in the USA is mirrored in Brazil.
I wish we could have taken to the streets the way those Brazilians have. The reason we didn't may be in the fact that our revolutionary fervor was extinguished generations ago, where as Brazil's turbulent past is quite recent.
It really is spreading, and not just the big national/international stuff. People are taking back school boards, city councils, sheriff etc. This wave is cresting!
Have you seen any of the talk about how the low fat diets cause the bad menapause symptoms? Many women are using the low carb/ high fat way of eating to regulate hormones rather than bowing to big pharma. I only have one ovary but I would never take HRT. I'm well past menapause and just fine.
And a scientologist.
insert dramatic sigh
Quite close to there!
NEVER apologize for stickies! Those of us with limited time to browse appreciate you doing this. You are beyond value!
This is Alabama, interested to see if this is being done in other states? The whole 'just vote red' thing isn't helping us here, we are trying something else.
Alabama (Northern) We have a sub group focused on election integrity. Have poll watchers, etc. (www.5stronghsv.com)
That's about 60 miles from me, I'm definitely going! Thanks for the tip. I grew up in Buffalo, NY and we had several there.
This old gray mare took a dose of 18mg tablets as soon as the shingle outbreak started: gone by the next morning, completely. This has been a chronic condition for 25 years and no 'healthcare professional' ever made it go away. So, neigh more doctors in this stable.
Maybe they're planning on hiring all the former FBI and CIA agents that are going to lose their jobs when those agencies are shut down? A girl can dream...
I hear you!!! Nine months ago I formed a group with five acquaintances (I really only knew one, my realtor) and it's really broadened my world.
I built us a website, we held meetings, got candidates to come to our meetings, had a Front Line Doctor come talk to us, had our Congressman come do a Q&A, started building a network of local businesses who aren't liberal. We got involved in all sorts of stuff.
The best part: we started having monthly socials at local venues! Usually 30-40 people show up and we just have a good time talking to folks on our side. For the most part, they aren't as informed as we are in here but they are learning.
I've got over a hundred who have joined the website, a handful use the forum (most had no idea what a forum was) and we seem to be growing. I'm located in Northern Alabama, not exactly a big population to pull from.
I tell you this because there may come a time when you need more than an online life and it is possible to go out there and make a community of your own. The other side has always been better organized than us but it doesn't mean we can't catch up.
In the side bar we have General Flynn's quote about local action=national impact, which is great, but for those of us who can't run for office, etc. there are still things we can do to save our way of life that are outside of politics. I highly recommend finding anons in the wild and enriching your life.
I truly appreciate every one of you glorious bastards!
This is a huge win for you! You did a great job with that one!!!
Northern Al here. I saw several straw polls where she had ZERO votes. I'm active politically and I think the whole primary was way off.
Lindy is suing the state: https://www.al.com/news/2022/05/lindy-blanchard-sues-alabama-officials-over-use-of-electronic-voting-machines.html
I spent two and half years vegan and destroyed my health also, as did my husband. It took years for us to figure out what happened, with no help from the healthcare system, naturally.
I'm pretty sure it was the TOR browser pinging it around the world that was the problem.
I honestly thought the broth would perk me up and I'd be fine by morning. On day 8 I had a cup of tea and scrambled eggs. I have real salt for just licking when I need it and then a powdered mix (no sugar, no artificial sweetener) of everyday essentials. Similar to an EmergenC but made by Vitacost. Those give you 200 mg Potassium, 225 mg sodium and a bunch of vit and trace minerals. I take 200 mg Magnesium too. I was at home for most of the day so I would down a glass of filtered water every time I was thirsty. The only other weird thing was that on the morning of day 7 I had done a bit of gardening. I planted a blueberry bush, which involved moving a couple bags of dirt and mulch, but really, it was nothing.
