Wait, Patrick Byrne personally bribed Hillary for the FBI and he never said anything for 7 and half years?

Red flag or no?

The Al Qaeda prisoners were taken to GITMO because it's an active Naval Base home to like 6,000 people.

Mission: As the premier southern-most deep-water U.S. Naval Base in the Western Hemisphere, Naval Station Guantanamo Bay strives to provide state-of-the-art self-sustaining infrastructure, while supporting unified, inter-agency joint operations, and training.

People have conflated work at the base to work at the prison which has 37 prisoners. GITMO just got a new post office.

It's definitely Montana they mentioned Rocky Mountain Laboratories which operates one of the few Biosafety level 4 laboratories in the United States.

It was opened like 100 years ago to study Rocky Mountain spotted fever

The money is owed to my grandparents.

Tons of people invest in Treasury Bills

The Supreme Court ruled as long as courts are functioning.

Every court in the country is functioning. You and I were just discussing court cases.

A corrupt Court system is no longer functioning

You don't get to change the meaning SCOTUS used. It's doesn't mean the courts aren't functioning to your liking.

Even when you have a corrupt judge you don't get military tribunals

The examples you shared with me were all committed by the coconspirators of a illegal coup conducted on a duly elected President. And are coconspirators of this act of High Treason.

Which examples? Hansen, Ames and the ISIS guy?

The FBI committed Felony Fraud on the FISA Courts . Any arrests ?

Other than Clinesmith. What specifics are involved here.

Clinesmith was, of course, arrested and convicted of a felony.

In addition to trying members of the military, military courts can also try civilians who are accused of serious offenses, such as terrorism or espionage. These civilians are tried in military courts because their crimes are a threat to national security.

This is not accurate. Treason, espionage, terrorism are routinely tried in civilian courts.

Do you remember that ISIS truck attack in New York in Trump's first year? He got 8 life sentences earlier this year in the Southern District of New York.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/sayfullo-saipov-nyc-bike-path-terror-attacker-sentenced/

Robert Hansen 's espionage trial was in the Eastern District of Virginia. So was Aldrich Ames. Two of the worst spies in US history.

At civilians they could not be tried in military tribunals, because they're not under the jurisdiction of military military law. The UCMJ spells very clearly who is to it.

It's not the crime that determines if you get a military tribunal or not.

Murder could be tried by civilian courts. It could be tried in the military.

The issue is are you subject to military jurisdiction? Almost every civilian is not

Blocked by Biden's appointees?

Wasn't this guy who was put on this by Bill Barr? Not Biden's folks?

Wasn't he asked to essentially vet the credentials and credibility of stuff and paa the good stuff along? Because other prosecutors were doing the actual case?

I don't think so.

I don't know how they handle it.

But the Florida case will definitely be about classified info.

I think it will just be what can be discussed in open Court.

They could also create a redacted version that could be referred to.

Civilians can't be tried in military Tribunals.

There's a whole chapter on this in military law

There's a tiny number of exceptions, but otherwise it's quite clearly illegal.

JollyRancherHard 1 point ago +2 / -1

So the situation is federal courts don't allow cameras.

A month or so ago. A coalition of a dozen or so media companies have asked for an exception in this case.

They filed a motion citing the public interest.

I'm saying there's no way the judge would approve this without asking Trump because otherwise it would be seen as unfair treatment

I think if you understand those things, you can't believe in Devolution.

What they are saying is there, just isn't there.

For example in 13848, what do you think it allows to happen. It doesn't change any of the election results.

Tell me what you think Game Over means. What happens at that point

I don't believe in the Devolution stuff.

But put that aside what happens when 13848 takes the stage?

You think the War Powers Act is Unconditional?

1
JollyRancherHard 1 point ago +2 / -1

I saw the link. It's just not true though.

Sidney Powell is registered as a MILITARY LAWYER and is the only one who can prosecute TREASON at a TRIBUNAL!” She not in the military and can't be military prosecutor. Civilians registered as military lawyers can serve as defense attorneys.

Lots of other prosecutors can prosecute treason. And I don't know if she is even a registered military lawyer.

And that wasn't even the plan, she testified the plan was to make her a special prosecutor. That's a civilian thing, not a military thing. And use executive order 13848 that's what she said she was going to do

1
JollyRancherHard 1 point ago +2 / -1

Right now, no cameras are allowed in federal courts, so he would need to ask for it......I assume the defendant would have to sign off on such an exception.

1
JollyRancherHard 1 point ago +2 / -1

Sidney Powell is not a military lawyer.

Is gnews that Miles Guo guy? I know some who worked for him for like 5 weeks, said the whole operation seemed super sketchy.

4
JollyRancherHard 4 points ago +5 / -1

Yes.

Bothe the judge in DC and the Judge in FL automatically gets the clearance they need to hear the case

5
JollyRancherHard 5 points ago +6 / -1

that's pretty weird.

So I guess you only hear it if you're in the very narrow angle of the beam.

Wild stuff.
