It’s so much harder with reality. Online you’re with like minds but the republicans I know don’t nearly care as much about the things I do, or even want Trump back. I’d say half of them do but those in the city like Trump they just want someone else. Where I grew up in Iowa they are full blown Trump supporters. It seems like there’s a battle between the city versus small towns, instead of strictly R versus D.

I work in a hospital but for years I refused. I keep people out of the hospital. We don’t need them, Americans die of preventable diseases.
Only reason now is I want to retire so I have a business model I can do on my own and embrace that same standard.
Really good advice. People can focus on their health. I get in trouble at work because I won’t eat at the potlucks. It’s simply not food, whatever we eat in this country. I eat out once a week and eat normal but otherwise it’s all fresh produce, fish and lean meats but a good steak. It’s more of the carbs and empty calories we eat.
There should be no more of letting yourself go and ending up in a hospital. Pharma has money because people go and ask for help. I give zero dollars to them and have only been in a hospital when I had my kids. People sign up for medical slavery. They can make choices and stay away from it. If no one gave them money, the health industry would be cheaper and booming. Hospitals are sick care.

They’ve been planning to close the hospitals. I’ve worked as an entrepreneur and in management. I have a biz model solely based n their plans. They’ve been quietly forcing nurses into retirement. It’s because baby boomers have flipped their model on it’s head. Back when they all had private insurance they paid into Medicare. Now they are all drawing on it bankrupting Medicare by 2024. Hospitals will erect large ERs where you’ll be fitted with virtual care monitoring devices. They send people home now and will continue to. Slowly over three years they’ve been sending people home and not keeping them. In 2024 they will take a huge pay cut from Medicare and my generation doesn’t have middle class jobs or good private insurance.
They are closing the hospitals as they only want the clinics and surgery centers and this has been planned.
They will move to virtual care and employ doctors and a skeleton crew for mom and baby areas, ICU for those who can’t discharge and surgery. It will dramatically shrink for all other inpatient stay. Most will not be admitted and even now they use a non custodial model where people are on observation status.
They want to get rid of nurses and that’s been the plan. They are all bleeding money because no one has private insurance. I don’t worry about proving that, watch their behavior and what happens in 2024. No one will stay inpatient in a hospital you will get outfitted with a monitoring device and told if you need nursing care to find a nursing home or your family can take care of you, your choice.

Yeah. I told people this vaccine would have a high injury rate. I actually read the ferret study when it came out because I read so many studies and pure nerd. I normally am supportive of safe vaccines but knew they would have a hard time because of the spike protein. Right now they are submitting viruses that will change proteins in your eyes. One patent to change the protein do you react hostilely to the color red.

The dexamethasone is helpful, and I’m looking into IVM as how it might lower this autoimmune response. There are alternative practices, chiropractors and home health to care for elderly, they offer but no PCA will work three hours for 30 bucks then travel to another house, get another 30 etc. but this client wants at 2 pm because they have an appointment but you got off your last case at noon. Impossible job so already Americans are taking care of their elderly which is best.

I’m in nurse management previously and know the executives. This is how I know. They won’t tell you they’ll just do it. It’s their business and they don’t want it. Just the clinics. Make sure you get good outpatient care. I was mad but who will pay the bills? We can’t. It’s too large of a generation and our country is broke.
My friend takes fluvoxamine and we were surprised she ended up in the hospital but you never know how much worse it would have been.
Personally the more I read about autoantibodies in covid I think hydroxychloroquine is the winner here, that actually treats autoimmune problems. I suppose there are myriad issues with a gain of function bioweapon. One med might work even the vaccine might work yet cause injury in another or meds work on occasion and simply do nothing for others.
