Two things. If she is a newly minted White Hat, she might know where some bodies are buried that we don't know about yet. But if her Hat is still on the dark side, she will most likely get some tough questions from the likes of Sen. Paul and Sen. Kennedy, and a confirmation hearing might be the best venue to get those (under oath) answers, or damning non-answers. If she can't be forthcoming...SHE and the subject matter will be the story with little blowback on GEOTUS.
