They say he voted against those specific things but how many of the bills that he voted against were single issue bills? Or is it more likely he was voting against something else in those bills?

This is the bullshit they do. For example they make a bill called the “don’t punch babies bill” and then add in a rider that gives a billion dollars to pbs or something. Then when someone votes against it they can say their enemies want to punch babies.

These tactics work but I think they’re working less and less as time goes on and people wake up

Really? Midterms almost always swing to the other party opposite what the president is. Plus with all the infighting among republicans over America first or Israel first and other things, I personally think it’s gonna go largely in favor of the left

Just wait until you hear about the mandatory ai monitoring systems they just mandated for 2027 and beyond cars.

But they already mandate air bags, anti lock brakes, backup cameras, tire pressure monitoring, and maybe a couple other things.

I do agree it makes no sense and is bullshit though.

Yes, this is far worse than any mandatory safety or efficiency feature. We’re gonna have to jailbreak our cars in the future. Not looking forward to that

I’m not saying the vax didn’t contribute to rising rates but it started rising way before 2020. More like late 1990’s. I think the biggest reasons are simply our food/water and environmental factors like microplastics, like she said.

https://i.dailymail.co.uk/1s/2025/02/12/16/89374569-14389701-The_above_graph_shows_the_rise_of_colorectal_cancer_in_Americans-a-3_1739376863825.jpg

Honestly I think the vax did cause some cancers but it was probably a statistically small amount. But it definitely caused a statistically significant increase in heart issues and of course sudden deaths.

No. Cruising speed at altitude is 500-600mph. Obviously they were going slower than that but also much faster than the speed they would be going on the ground/runway

LandoNorris 1 point ago +1 / -0

You’re not wrong but I wasn’t trying to give a perfect example, just pointing out that the speed something is going makes all the difference as to what damage it will do when it encounters another object

LandoNorris 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not sure what you mean. The 100 and 500 are just rough estimates of airplane speed on the ground vs in the air. The 16.5k was the number of “hearts” on the post

LandoNorris 10 points ago +10 / -0

16.5k people with zero understanding of basic physics and/or not knowing how planes work lol.

Yes there’s a big difference between a plane going 100 mph on the ground vs 500 mph in the air.

If I throw a golf ball at you it hurts a little, if I blast it out of a cannon, it tears a hole through your body

From my perspective, it seems like one side is talking about specific issues and problems they have with Israel, while the other side (like this post) hand waves it away and says retarded shit like “Jooooos” as if that negates any argument one might have against Israel.

I was actually talking to my dad and he says “it’s not always the Jews” and I hadn’t even mentioned Israel or Jews in the conversation. Like what the hell is even going on? Lol

Kent said that Iran isn’t “an imminent threat to the United States” which is true, not that they aren’t a threat. There’s a big difference there.

If you actually believe Iran has been weeks away from having a nuke for the last 25 years then please explain how that works to me.

It’s a classic boy who cried wolf. The only people who believe that Iran was currently weeks away from having nukes only believe that because that’s what they want to believe, it’s not based on actual evidence

Link isn’t working for me. Maybe you can copy paste his comments for me, I can’t seem to access state. gov at all. I’m probably on a list lol.

I know that he walked it back later so I’m not interested in that but I’ll look at his full comments from that day

Just to play devils advocate here

They make millions of boxes of cereal, they’re gonna need time to procure that large an amount of natural coloring. The companies that make the colors might not have the capability to make enough of it right now so may have to expand operations which does take time.

2 years does seem like maybe too long but by fall doesn’t really seem feasible either

And the guy was arrested for “gross corruption” which appear to involve Epstein paying his travel expenses and possibly helping him get a loan.

I honestly hate to be overly pessimistic about it but they’re most likely going to throw a few guys under the bus for financial crimes and that’ll be it

The only thing I personally heard of relating to trump and drug prices is that he is trying to reduce prices that medicaid pays for drugs.

So that won’t affect what we pay, as per usual.

Although my views on criminals in general is less extreme than most people here i am ok with it. Because the alternative is to let these maniacs free to flee the scene and likely get into a police chase which endangers the public. There’s many cases of people fleeing the police and then injuring or killing innocent people.

Buy local grass fed, grass finished beef in bulk from a local ranch. I understand this isn’t affordable for everyone.

I finally took the plunge, bought a cheap freezer and bought 100 pounds for $12 per pound. That’s 30lb ground and the rest was steaks and roasts. Was totally worth it, the beef is amazing.

I still use grocery store meat cause I can’t afford to eat the good stuff everyday but it’s better than nothing.

It depends on your specific circumstances. I work outside so won’t need as much as someone who rarely goes outside. I take just 1000 iu per day, during the winter I should probably take a little bit more.

Also I haven’t done the research yet but I believe vitamin k2 is good to take with D because it helps absorption into the body
