Well she had to resign if she wants to pretend she's going to be Vice President. She doesn't really have a choice because not resigning would make it obvious something is up and she can't admit that. Keeping up appearances and trying to actually get inaugurated.

I think a lot of people are trying to hard to accept the idea of a Biden presidency because they're too afraid of getting their hopes up again and being let down again like with the election. So instead of believe in Q - or even just look at everything that's going on, that has gone on, that we've been told even by just Trump and make logical conclusions - they just try to let it go and tell themselves it's all going to be ok. There's no use in trying to convince them. It's better for them to see it for themselves.

It's definitely not broadcast live. The camera is making constant cuts - different locations, different angles, different times of day (you can tell by the daylight changing). Not sure when it was made considering he's been live for 2 hours with these sorts of edits already.
