My thoughts on Laura Ingraham are that she and other high profile media personalities like Tucker Carlson will be reporting from Gitmo on the rumored tribunals starting in June/July. I also noted that Laura Ingraham's Twitter banner depicts red sky ("red sky at morning, sailors take warning") Indicating that a storm is brewing.
He also mentions "Space Force and how well that's done and how important that's been". I am not aware of publicized information outlining the great successes of Space Force, but I believe it has been very important to what has happened in the background and Trump is calling that to our attention.

I believe that you are mostly correct. He appears to me to be part of the "movie", acting in a part to drain rhino resources and expose disloyalty. DeSantis has done many good things for Florida (Trumps home state, where the Winter White House is located), and he isn't stupid.
