Licensed real estate agent here (licensed in 2 states) and both areas where I’ve practiced my business has not seen a decline in prices at all. In fact, my aunt just sold her home for over asking price, and she listed it high in the first place. I will say, there was a lull in the market about a year ago, but came back strong earlier this year. Homes were sitting on the market a little more than average, but not much, like 30 ish days. But it’s probably different in other parts of the country.

Yes, ours are truly identical in the sense that the egg split. They do look very much alike, but there’s a few differences if you stare at them long enough 🤪. One has a slightly narrower face. Many people can’t tell them apart at all, while some others say they pick up on it. It’s funny, when they were babies/toddlers, I could pretty easily tell them apart, but looking back at pictures I have a hard time! If we were ‘staging’ pics, I would always have the first born on the left side so I would know. But if it was a random picture where we didn’t purposefully put them sitting that way, I can’t tell who’s who.
They’ve always been basically the same height and weight, and same haircut. So from behind, I can really never tell who’s who.
I always wondered, if the plural of goose is geese, why isn’t the plural of moose, meese?

Just found out today that my aunt (by marriage, not blood) is joining RFK Jr’s campaign….only b/c she knew his celebrity wife when she was younger and “follows” her on all things social media. Some ppl are just so brainwashed. I know she’s been a republican her whole life.
