Seems a long shot to me also, but the modification could be doing any number of other things to the worms, including stuff only a geneticist might even think of.
I would have considered this whole "worm" idea insane not long ago, and it's still just conjecture -- a theory, as OP says -- but these malicious, out-of-control science experiments being injected into people are already so over-the-top that anything seems possible at this point.
Why would these worms be fatal in the case of the vax but not in standard worm infestations?
My conjecture: With the greatly weakened immune system, the clotting, and everything else we've seen from the "vaccines", the addition of these worms are probably far more difficult for the body to deal with than in a non-jabbed person.
And that's assuming that the worms THEMSELVES haven't been genetically modified to create more havoc than usual.
There will most likely BE no antidote. A number of things are helpful to the non-vaxxed in regards cardiovascular health, improving immune function, protecting the brain and nerves, and so on, but there's not been a single study (that I've seen) on how any of those supplements, drugs, or actions work for people with the "vax" in their bodies.
My suspicion is that things like nattokinease to reduce clotting, vitamins C, D, mushroom extracts (and fifty other things) to improve immune function, and so on will be helpful for the jabbed but whether that's true, and if so how helpful and for how long is something we just don't know. If someone's DNA has been modified via mRNA to continually code for spike protein, I doubt THAT can be fixed short of another mRNA injection (in theory, quite likely not in practical reality).
Complicating the issue is that there seems to be great variation among both the different brands of "vax" and among lot numbers. Person A may be dealing with a very different witch's brew than Person B.
I wish I thought otherwise, but the jabbed who got injected with "vax" from a bad lot probably won't be able to undo their damage.
I have no idea what is in Tulsi's heart. Are her past non-MAGA actions part of her cover as a MAGA sleeper, who has now been activated to help bring down the Democrat party and support a massive win for us in the midterms? Do they instead indicate she's a Deep State mole worming her way into the GOP? Or has she just honestly seen the truth and believes America needs to become America again?

Then again, if she's working for Team Trump and the White Hats, she would only have her current usefulness IF she first earned solid Dem credentials.

Her current actions involving rejection of the Dem party and pointing out the harm they have done to the nation -- are incredibly well-timed for us. She is a highly visible national figure with a strong following. As a former Dem, she is likely bringing a huge group of new converts to the conservative (i.e., sane) side.
Whatever her goals and plans may actually be, for now Tulsi is one of our most powerful supporters.

No wonder Cipro and other Fluoroquinolones have so many and varied side effects. At least one of their actions is apparently to interfere with COLLAGEN formation. Revelations has much of interest but the personality of Jesus in Revelations is very different from that of the Gospels; when reading Jesus' quoted words straight thru the NT (a Bible with His words in red is really helpful here) brings a hard jolt when Jesus first speaks in Revelations -- it is NOT the same person, IMO. I don't know what to think of Revelations, really. I don't believe the human mind can accurately envision or conceptualize God, frankly, just as we cannot visualize an eleven-dimensional object. We can only see or imagine what our human minds can handle. My own rough understanding of God isn't even as an individual being but rather as a universal consciousness underlying the universe itself, bringing the material world into being, with individual humans being -- or containing -- temporarily dissociated bits of the overall consciousness. So sorry to hear about your kidney stone problem! I had one when I was young -- most painful physical event of my life. C apparently wasn't the issue in my case, since I began taking ~5,000 mg of C daily decades ago with no problems. I also don't know anyone else who has had stones from C usage -- it's statistically rare. But statistics don't matter at an individual level; when something happens to you, it happens 100%.
I've heard of the high-dose-C and kidney stones connection, but -- if only because nearly all mammals MAKE their own high-dose vitamin C constantly (typically, over a thousand mg for a human-weight animal; some make 10,000 or more) -- I didn't give it much credence. The link you supplied does contain a link to an article about a study that found men taking 1,000 mg daily had double the risk of getting kidney stones, so I'll keep that in mind and do some more research. I've always suspected that IF vitamin C was associated with kidney stones, it was possibly (or probably) the result of excipients in the tablets. No details on the formulation used in the article. But excipients may not be the problem, or at least not the entire story.

A new Swiss study found that EVERYONE who got the COVID jab has some level of heart damage. That's just one study, and as we know, the jabs vary by lot number and brand, so of the hundreds of millions of people jabbed so far, there might be many who got saline or who otherwise are unharmed.
But if this new study is largely representative of the entire cohort, then it's logical to assume that lifespans will be statistically shortened for the group as a whole. The only questions are by how much and what does the curve look like.
If I were jabbed, I would be researching everything I could about supplements, drugs, lifestyle choices, and diet that support the cardiovascular system. Hell, I do that already because as people age their cardovascular systems (and everything else) stop working as well as in youth. You don't need a COVID "vaccine" to suffer a heart attack, stroke, or other health problem. But most people just won't look into such things even when they know they should and rarely act on what they DO learn about.
