Yes I do it the same way, but I boil for 20 minutes. Do you drink the powder or discard?

This is not cinchona bark which is what quinine is derived from. This is creating something similar in function to hcq, a zinc ionophore. Works in a similar way but not the same thing.

Interesting how in the 40s they mass cremate millions of people but in 2020 we had "bodies piling up". Somebody is lying oraybe both parties.

You've probably gotten plenty of advice by now. I'll add what I think might be missing. Look up thuja. It is pine needle extract but not as overpriced as everything else being sold as pine needle tea etc.

Everyone complaining about this does not run a company. He probably could have gone about this with better optics which is why the hr people quit. They probably asked him to fire nicely and quietly. I can bet my life that the good employees at better absolutely appreciated the way this was done.

Have you heard of fulvic acid? If you are doing those vitamins you should be good. Not personally a fan of nature made as they make shit supplements but if it's working for you that's fine.

The migraines from k seem to be calcium deposits being dissolved. Try to incorporate weekly fasting to your protocol. God bless brother.

I think you guys might be missing Adams signature move of persuading people on the wrong side of the argument to move to the right side without losing face. In a matter of weeks he's going to have people red pilling him in the comments and change his stance. That is how he brought alot of nerdy tech people over to trump in 2016.

What brand of supplement is the D3, magnesium calcium zinc? Are you supplementing iodine as well as a general bio available trace mineral supplement?

People get upset when I say this but I never mention q or anons to anybody. Just share the truths learned in the process. The actual process of discovering truths is not palatable to most people, however learning those truths from carefully crafted statements and media is pretty fun and easy. This is the part that I think many people need to focus on. Share the truths you learn but don't mention q too much or at all.

A few possible reasons for this. K2 redistributes calcium and it's possible you had calcium deposits in your brain. If you have only recently begun k2 supplements then you have probably years of your life where calcium was slowly being deposited in soft tissue throughout your body. Over time this creates conditions conducive to strokes, heart attacks, Alzheimer's and dementia, gout, kidney stones. The list is endless but you get the idea. When your body gets k2 it starts a clean up process and calcium deposits begin to dissolve. This clean up process can cause many side effects such as heart palpitations, migraines depending on where you have calcium deposits. Another thing You possibly have low magnesium levels which is needed for k2 and vitamin d to be effective and minimize side effects.

I would recommend taking a smaller dose of K2 along with magnesium and also something to bind the excess calcium that is no doubt being freed in your body.
