That "someday" was about 365 yesterdays ago that we learned it was a mistake. And your new name, now, is SHOT Adams.

66
CQVFEFE 66 points ago +66 / -0

Yeah, he started out about 80% right and made a name for his predictions and insights on persuasion. I was a daily listener (though I always fast forwarded past the idiotic coffee drinking FFS.) He's now been so consistently wrong, for so long, on so many topics, across such a wide spectrum of left and right and everything in between, I never listen to him any more. On the rare occasion he pops up, it's not five minutes before he's saying something hilariously, unbelievably naive or credulous of the established deepstate narrative.

He's not any more gifted at critical thinking than the average educated American, despite his supercilious, smug attitude about it.

EDIT: As someone who has agreed with Scott on a number of things and found his reasoning solid, I wonder how much of agreeing with Scott equals being hypnotized, influenced, or persuaded by him, how much is confirmation bias, and what portion is just understanding and finding accord with someone.

24
What-Me-Worry 24 points ago +26 / -2

Maybe someone "got" to him?

He has ~ 666 thousand followers?

👆 Hey! There's that number again. 😕

12
Unhappymeal 12 points ago +14 / -2

Something something coincidences. But hey it’s all a LARP right…right guys?! Lmao

I cannot wait for the end of this to roll around so we see how accurate we were and for humanity to finally start to heal from this.

3
SpaceManBob 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes, him having 666k followers is a fucking coincidence. A month ago he had less and a month from now he'll likely have more. Everyone with over 666 followers has at some point had 666 followers. If they surpass 666k followers they'll have had the number twice (or 3 times if you count 66.6k in between), so on and so forth. It means quite literally nothing. I've numerous times seen YouTube likes or Reddit upvote counts be at 666 or upvoted/liked something myself only to realize that I was the 666th. I've also upvoted or liked posts on 665k (same for 66.5k) wondering if I'd be the one that pushes it up by one. A few times it did, I thought "ooh spooky", and then moved on as it means nothing.

Now if Joe Biden's Twitter account magically goes to 666 million (example, could be 666k, 666, etc.) followers and just sits there for months on end then you may have something, but until then it means nothing as thousands or even millions of people have had 666 as their follow count at some time or another (including Trump and many, many, many other patriots we trust).

Its no suprise he became retarted after getting married to his sugar baby.

13
spanglevision 13 points ago +13 / -0

Agreed. I completely stopped listening to him when he got the vax. Seems like this post shows that he's starting to realize he made the wrong choice and he's trying to convince himself it wasn't a stupid choice. Can't he just be humble?

5
spicyfries 5 points ago +5 / -0

Can't he just be humble?

Lol! Mission Impossible. Might as well ask him to stack toothpicks end to end.

polish_snausage 1 point ago +2 / -1

He said before he's he's a non-Believer...

10
FitOfficial 10 points ago +10 / -0

The thing is he was never really "right" about a lot of things. He phrases his ideas in such a way that's he's basically predicting both heads and tails on a given coin flip.

That's why on the rare occasion that he goes back over something he predicted and got correct that he still has to massage the wording to fit what he said. But when you're invested in him and following him you don't really see it. It's part of the "fog" of his persuasion.

4
pec9019 4 points ago +4 / -0

If you listened close from 2015 to 2017 you’ll know what he is up to now

He laid it all out

2
swedy13 2 points ago +2 / -0

Huh?

2
cleancutcutlet 2 points ago +2 / -0

Missus misuses him, it's not his fault.

15
Sek7or 15 points ago +15 / -0

I'd be willing to bet most of us have more time spent posting articles/preprints than he has reading any. Which is why he assumes we're guessing. Ya know what they say about assuming.

10
FitOfficial 10 points ago +10 / -0

In my experience watching him he refused to do any of his own research; rather he'd demand people do it for him and send him the results. Any info Scott gets has likely been passed through several biased filters.

His methodology is trash for facts, but he's not in the truth game. He's in the persuasion game.

BasedCitizen 71 points ago +71 / -0

Scott's been smelling his own farts for too long.

Clearly he's hedging his bet that he was wrong about vaccines and its killing him that "lesser humans" had it figured out before he did.

27
MW_Freedom 27 points ago +27 / -0

its killing him that "lesser humans" had it figured out before he did.

That right there fren! Smug and arrogant, but so, so foolish.

7
NoApologyTour 7 points ago +7 / -0

That fact that he’s acknowledged that he was “guessing” when he took an experimental treatment is evidence that he’s wrong already.

I’m not guessing by not taking the vax. It just doesn’t meet any reasonable standard for administration. And no, the government claiming it’s safe is not a standard.

19
ProphetOfKek 19 points ago +19 / -0

He’s trying to persuade us that he isn’t retarded 😂

13

7
spanglevision 7 points ago +7 / -0

Well said.

6
Uhtred 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah, I sense doubt from him and he's trying to save face by diminishing our ability to critically think better than him lol

51
JackieDaytona74 51 points ago +51 / -0

Oh Scott.

-There were a shitload of us who had concerns immediately based on the simple fact that the mortality rate wasn't high enough to justify an experimental, fast-tracked vaccine. In general, smart people whose minds aren't ruled by fear are able to make basic risk assessments when it comes to themselves and their children.

-Scott, we also had immediate concerns because there was a growing body of evidence that cheap therapeutics and proactive vitamin regimens were extremely effective, and the MSM was demonizing those therapeutics/vitamins, thus increasing our distrust of the corona virus vaccines.

-As time went on, we continued to carefully collect data, parse through the noise to find the faint signal and what we found out about the corona virus vaccines was progressively worse as time went on.

And Scott, what we did was literally the definition of "critical thinking", something you and your jabbed brethren failed to do.

I don't want to dismiss Scott as a complete imbecile because to his credit, he's educated a lot of people in some good ways over the past 5 years. But as we should all know by now, the man should not be trusted as an ally.

13
PhDinNY 13 points ago +13 / -0

Excellent synopsis of what probably 95% of the people who regularly read/post to this site went through! The key thing for me from the start was, and still is, is that it is an experimental medical treatment. At this point, even if "fully FDA approved" and no longer listed as experimental (EUA), I would not take it (even if I hadn't gone through covid infection yet, which I just went through a few weeks ago; not fun, but not a death sentence, at least for me and my wife).

10
Libraritarian 10 points ago +10 / -0

This is so spot on. I don't even have to mention the shot to explain why I don't want it.

I'm a healthy young adult, and have essentially 0 risk of dying, from a virus with symptoms curiously alike to the flu, that lead to no increase in death rate last year, that you have to use a test to know you have, which reads false positives at alarming rates, and if I did get can be treated with cheap over the counter remedies.

8
PepeSee 8 points ago +8 / -0

He's not a complete imbecile - he tapped into the entertainment market with his comic strip quite effectively and successfully for example (a seemingly obvious market yet no-one had done it yet, which is what clever people in business have a knack for). And he correctly read the tea leaves regarding Trump's ascent even if the "persuasion" angle got old.

But, he's lost it. He's persuaded himself for too long and apparently has a hot liberal chick/resulting scrambled brain and here we are.

2
OperationRudyRusso 2 points ago +2 / -0

I can see why his female companion has scrambled his brain. She’s completely out of his league.

Adams wouldn’t get close enough to her to sniff her farts if it wasn’t for his money. She looks like his kid (or grandkid, depending on how old Adams is).

2
PepeSee 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hadn't looked. Good God. Can you say gold digger? She looks like a teen instagram influencer/star/whatever. And a total pain in the ass.

He's not just lost his mind, he's lost all dignity and soon, all his money. DUMB SHIT!

Thank you, MW. I'm blushing :)

1
MW_Freedom 1 point ago +1 / -0

I've been trying to wake up a local radio talk show host about vaccine dangers. Today I emailed him a screen shot of the Scott Adams tweet that the OP posted along with a screen shot of your comment (didn't include your user name of course for privacy). I let him know that it's only a matter of when and not if the world will wake up to the vaccine dangers and deaths and he will be without excuse, especially with the reasoning demonstrated in your comment. Really smart Pedes on this board!

2
JackieDaytona74 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm positively humbled, MWF. Thank you very much for your activism, fellow patriot :)

5
MarkusCincinnatus 5 points ago +5 / -0

Plus the shots having no legal liability was extremely off-putting from the start

2
JackieDaytona74 2 points ago +2 / -0

Another great fact, MC. Love the replies (such as yours) that all illustrate that this is a community of critical thinkers. We weren't "guessing", to use Scott's word. We were analyzing.

45
MontyMole 45 points ago +45 / -0

I stopped listening to Scott Adams the MOMENT he criticized President Trump for firing 40 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian military base and destroyed nothing but three empty sheds while preventing Congress from declaring a war with Syria and preventing the UN and NATO from attempting to punish Syria further for a false flag gas attack.

That was the moment that Scott Adams, the self confessed genius, just says random shit and assumes he's always right because of his massive ego.

8
Plantmedicine 8 points ago +8 / -0

He claimed to have beef with china after fentanyl OD death of his stepson, he doesn't mention china released the virus, and by proxy Biden is the most china friendly president we've ever had. Xi's hand is so far up Xidens ass. Buh muh cognitive dissonance.

Yeah for someone who thinks he's so smart Scott Adams doesn't get shit about military deception

26
Durham1990 26 points ago +26 / -0

There are a lot of smart people who just cannot see the connection, especially those who’ve gotten the jabs. I know some intelligent people who had terrible “breakthrough” cases and think they’d be dead if they hadn’t gotten it.

11
RobotReturns 11 points ago +11 / -0

if you take anything big pharma makes to cure something tha doesnt exist ur fucking retarded

5
DontTreadOnIT 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep. Even smart people delude themselves.

4
Rammstein1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes, I believe you are right here about those that get the jabs and then deny the facts about their danger. And Adams is always harping about “cognitive dissonance”. Geez Puleaze !

3
Questionable 3 points ago +3 / -0

He intros the statement talking only to those who are bad at critical thinking, and then refers to 'we'. In which he admits to poor critical thinking skills and proceeds with the statement with that as context.

If intended, this sentence structure shows a high IQ, self awareness, while admitting to poor critical thinking skill. Which would lead me to the conclusion that Scott Adams does not fit the definition of a retard, who's IQ is lower than 70, though through admission, possesses a lack of an ability to asses the current situation regarding vaccinations.

Provided of course that his statements are earnest and in good faith.

2
blurryface 2 points ago +2 / -0

16
PresidentialSeal [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

I just can't with this loser

14
Patriot_Perks 14 points ago +17 / -3

He’s not wrong.

He just found out that he’s more gullible and our governments are more evil than he thought possible.

It doesn’t make him a horrible person, it just makes him stupid on what is possibly the greatest issue of our lifetime.

20
PepeSee 20 points ago +20 / -0

What? He's blatantly wrong. He's asserting we can't possibly know yet we have mountains of evidence suggesting otherwise.

He is a complete tool.

3
Patriot_Perks 3 points ago +3 / -0

Most people that have taken the jab have not seen the evidence that it’s not working or dangerous.

The MSM has gaslit this country into a false reality. If you’re not on alternative media, you probably have not heard of all the cases of Vax injuries, rising heart attack/stroke, etc etc.

7
PepeSee 7 points ago +7 / -0

He IS alt media. He should be damn aware of what others are saying in such esp since he's allegedly sort of a conservative or at least is operating more in that sphere generally (at least historically).

2
Covfefe_Commando 2 points ago +2 / -0

I became reluctantly suspicious of Scott Adams when years ago in his pain and grief and suffering he lashed out at us, his loyal audience, because his dad was suffering from cancer, and legal euthanasia wasn't yet a thing here in the States. He basically called us all a bunch of insensitive mouth-breathing morons because he couldn't take his dad to the vet to be put down like the old family dog.

Cancer sucks, I get it. I've lost family members too. But I've been leery of him ever since.

2
PepeSee 2 points ago +2 / -0

This an interesting data point. Thanks, fren.

8
JeremiahKassin 8 points ago +9 / -1

If he were only making decisions for himself, you'd be right. But he was pressing others to take the vaccine. He's responsible for every injury or death in every person he managed to persuade.

3
arse_garblin 3 points ago +3 / -0

I’m a daily listener who can still put up with his cognitive dissonance about his own choices. FYI, he absolutely has not ever pressured anyone to take the vaccine, and says as much every single time he brings it up to this day. He just thinks he’s right for having taken it himself. BIG difference.

1
Patriot_Perks 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ok that I do agree with.

1
anon82059 1 point ago +1 / -0

Except he is wrong. We who were paying attention had enough data to stop guessing by around April. And before that it was an educated guess, due to what we knew about the people in charge.

15
cryofreeze 15 points ago +15 / -0

Experimental + Big Pharma + All the Guys into Population Control + Media Hysteria + Senseless Mandates + Common Sense Evidence that countries that do the least do the best...

Don't know what to tell ya Scott, but it didn't take a genius to know immediately.

11
CQVFEFE 11 points ago +11 / -0

He still believes thin cloth masks block virus transmission. I shit you not. He actually believes that.

6
Plantmedicine 6 points ago +6 / -0

And he won't shut up about climate change, even though he admits the data goes both ways. WTF?

12
Tree_Frog 12 points ago +12 / -0

An acquaintance in her early 70s died in her sleep a day after getting the Moderna. This was the first week, when jabs were released to people in congregate settings in NY, and I knew it was a mistake then. (The doctor in the senior housing shrugged off her death and said she had an undetected "blood disorder.")

11
impera 11 points ago +11 / -0

When I see thousands of individual organised-crime indicators around something... censorships, coverups, propaganda, threats, extortions, killings, dissenters being vanished, criminals being lauded as heros and heroes being spat at and slandered..

Is my response to be the 'this is fine' dog in the burning building?

It used to be the adults telling children 'TV rots your brain, go play outside'. Now I swear its the adults telling the older generation the same damn thing. What happened to these people?

11
GA_Logic 11 points ago +11 / -0

"Guessing" on day one is pretty good if you ask me.

11
Plantmedicine 11 points ago +11 / -0

Scott Adams has been a huge letdown post-2020 election. His smugness is showing too much as his problems are not our problems.

I wouldn't call it guesswork to avoid a vaccine for a "virus" that has a 99.997% survival rate under 65yrs old.

I don’t understand Adams.

He has a ton of money. He doesn’t need to grift on the Internet, but yet here he is. He’s been doing this since what, 2016? He’s monetized everything Dilbert. He’s so rich, he has a beautiful female who ignores his ugly mug and wacky eyeballs.

7
Westiemom3 7 points ago +7 / -0

7
Vapourface 7 points ago +7 / -0

It was not hard to figure the vaccine was a bad move - the elites in control are evil in every other imaginable way, from 911 to Adrenochrome. They write books and think tank policies about depopulating the useless eaters for crying out loud. Why would you trust them with a vaccine.....for a virus.....they invented. Prior to 2020 a virus meant "no treatment, just stay in bed and drink plenty, nothing we can do".

You would have to be a LUNATIC to take the vaccine. Numerous books about it, like Virus Inc laid out the entire virus deception from back in the aids days. It was always a scam. I mean, c'mon.

4
propertyofUniverse 4 points ago +4 / -0

Great comment!

People trust the vax because they can't go there. They can't take on board the open evil of the cabal. To do so would destroy their entire world view and they cannot risk the mental anguish.

It has nothing to do with evidence, it's about avoidance. Functionally, they are as you say, lunatics.

I used not to believe there was such as thing as a weak mind. I know better now.

Scott Adams is the creator of the Dilbert newspaper comic strip, which was popular in the 90's. It made light of what people often encounter, working in a corporate office environment. Co-workers would often pin relevant Dilbert comics to their cubical walls or in the break room, in hopes that the person who does what's in the cartoon, views it and doesn't find it so funny (like everyone else does).

Guessing! You weren't guessing shit! You were doing what you were told by the folks selling the vax! Thats not even an educated guess!

An educated guesser would know firstly that masses of people weren't falling dead all around them contrary to media coverage. Secondly why would you want a vax anyway when your chances of survival are nearly 100%?

"please don't tell me you knew all along. You are guessing just like the rest of us. "

Scott, everything about Covid and the vaccines didn't pass the "smell test" you were always on about, and the salesman pitches were incredibly obvious. Let's hit some issues generally here with both the virus and the vaccine:

  1. News articles existed since our first exposure to Covid that showed the numbers were inflated everywhere. These have since been proven to be accurate articles. If they can't get the stats sussed right, then every argument after the fact is based on noise and not signals.
  2. Lateral flow Testing fallibility was proven by a number of people, including Elon musk in 2020. Pcr tests being improperly done proved their fallibility as well, and by its creator. If the main ways of disease testing Covid is consistently being reported as inaccurate, then how can we know the variant exposure?
  3. Now onto vaccines. Merriam Webster changed its definitions of vaccines right around covid19 and removed the immunity concept entirely. So did the cdc. These have been archived on various locations across the Web. You could compare your own dictionary with the online one to be aware something odd was occurring here.
  4. No vaccine is approved in full until it is tested lest it be considered mass public drug experimentation (crime against humanity). Such testing is done over years, and takes years because of the concept of "long term side effects". Ergo under 6 months isn't gonna magically prove a drug is safe. Thalidomide as an example of this.
  5. Historically, whenever a government says it is doing something for the benefit of all, it is actually doing the opposite. Mass murder, involuntary economic redistribution, POW torture & experimentation, black sites, the war on terror (and all the other abstract noun wars which can never be won by government intervention), and mass famines like Holodomor and the Great Leap Forward have all been justified by one or more governments all over the world (including ours) as being for some "greater good". "The road to hell is paved with good intentions" isn't a saying, it's a truism.
  6. There are hundreds of doctors who raised concerns after the vaccine went out that it was/is dangerous. This was the case back in march.
  7. A vaccine cannot be sold if a pill cures the disease. Ivermectin studies existed months back saying it worked. India, Mexico City, and other regions that used it have epically low infection rates and almost no Covid deaths now after adopting it. It and HCQ +zinc protocols worked as treatments. Both were removed as options by federal edict before the vaccine went into the wild.
  8. Fauci had done this before, it was just memory holed. He was always like this, a liar, a thief, arguably Josef Mengele with a bigger budget. This just hasn't been talked about until unimpeachable proofs were made.
  9. Patent diggers on the chans found data saying these viruses and the vaccines had patents before they were released. Never did find out the veracity of that claim myself, but it wouldn't be a shock to me. Such things are often filed before the fact.
  10. It is a fact that under fda rules the eua authorisation cannot be lifted until the 3 Yr trial phase ends. That one is easy to check or used to be months ago. It is an experimental drug officially, and you could have seen that.
  11. Pfizer paid the largest criminal fine on record for its vaccines historically. Now its making a massive vaccine under government license effectively. J&J had cancerous talc. Pretty sure dodgy is the name of the game with all the producers.
  12. For the people who know what these two little words mean, it is self explanatory - Bill Gates.
  13. All you had to do is follow the money and do some research, Scott. Other people even did it for you so you could see it in a few videos (fall of the cabal pt 2, Bill Gates doing his own Ted talk on vaccines to lower the global total population, etc). Your ignorance does not imply our inability to make a very valid claim of knowing in advance.

I'll say a lot of the data is memory holed. I'll say the media isn't forthcoming with truth either. However, Scott knows the media lies, so why he thinks that their output on this is true is probably some Gell-Mann Amnesia or something.

You'd think he'd know better. C'est la vie.

Stop taking the flu jab 22 years ago. Yet once another FOOL opens their mouth.
