Sure does but, as with any govt data, I question it.
I will say this. We used to snowmobile in the Adirondacks around old forge. We would have 3-6 feet of snow all winter. Haven't been able to do a mile on a sled in two years. Zero snow on the ground. And the Fulton Lakes are unfrozen. Killing the economy of the sleepy town.
Something is different/changing but I doubt its man's fault.
