I think the biggest difference would be that the clinics are selling aborted (unwanted babies, most likely) parts of usually dead infants and fetuses who have not experienced life, versus selling live babies, toddlers & children that were kidnapped, tortured, possibly raped, and harvested for these evil Satanic plans. I did not watch the video, but from the description, looks like they are eating the children as well, meaning they have to kill the children somehow, and the child, unlike the aborted fetus or infant, can go through the whole fear process and produce adrenochrome before their death.

Well, to answer your question about "how do you feed and clothe a world where crops are being destroyed by insects and bees?" .... maybe they did it the same way the have done forever before these big industrialized conglomerates came up with poisons to kill weeds and insects. We at least know of close to 2,000 years of Earth's history where they seemed to do okay in feeding and clothing the people. Besides, what is the point of having foods and clothing that are toxic and causing illness in its users because the pesticides and herbicides are destroying you from the outside in as well as the inside out? It has always been about making them money, and how to profit in money, wealth, and power via exploiting the common peoples' struggles in life.
