So, this articles says - Assuming they play by the rules and the system of checks and balances functions correctly to referee the rules, then Joe cannot be replaced.

To me, that implies that they will most certainly replace Joe, hock up the biggest loogie they can muster, spit Americans square between the eyes and declare it Russian disinformation if you even reach to wipe the loogie off your face.

I keep reading posts about this being the precipice and that people will wake up now for sure. I guess some. Most will not. It takes way more than this to wake up these slumbering fools. Until personal security is threatened, the "normies" will keep drooling on their pillow.

This isn't the precipice. I bet it's a key milestone and we've likely passed the point of no return. I'd be surprised if things don't accelerate now, with the suck getting more and more intense progressively.

Research the amendment ratification process and then count votes.

Curious why you think it won't get overturned? Seems to be substantial reversible error. Seems to be the consensus view on both sides of the aisle. It seems that Ramos v. Louisiana indicates that the jury instructions were errant.

I am certain they need to find a middle ground. Even President Trump's attorney suggested a middle ground. He agreed that taking a bribe in exchange for an ambassadorship would be subject to prosecution after the presidency, because taking a bribe has been adjudicated to not constitute an official act.

The result is likely to be that they send it down to the lower courts to figure out if President Trump's acts constituted official acts or not.

The result is going to be that this gets bogged down in courts for quite a while and will not be resolved before the "election".

I would imagine this ultimately ends the Trump prosecution but leaves the door open for the prosecution of Obama and Biden.

Not a fan of combining this great post with unproven, speculative accusations. We are no different from those that we criticize and mock. If we consider a people group to be worthy of disdain, then the accusation is all you need as evidence - It's clear it was MASSAD, because Zionists are garbage.

We are no better than blue-haired, non-binary maggots who see fascists behind every historic event.

I am not clear as to why this is a low-information take at best. I must be very low information myself, because I believe:

  1. Pelosi's office did fail to request National Guard support
  2. Mayor Bowser (or whatever) did reject National Guard support publicly
  3. I was there when he told the crowd to leave in peace
  4. I personally witnessed 400 pound beached whales in COOF masks pretending to be MAGA
  5. I personally saw a group of people, whom I assume to be Antifags, run under a bush, change into MAGA attire and join the crowd
  6. We have confirmation that fedbois filled the ground

It must be that you are objecting not to the objective facts in the post, but to the conclusions drawn:

  1. Trump's delays were intended to protect supporters. I absolutely believe this is a reasonable take.
  2. The true insurrection occurred by the traitorous government actors

What am i missing?

I just read all the Ukraine references in drops and I do not find any that are specifically predicting current events. Lend a hand?

20% of "likely voters" are virtue signaling blue-haired non-binary maggots who say they will vote just like they say they care about fighting fascism. It's all virtue signaling bullshit. They don't vote, they only say they will vote. If they did vote, there could not possibly be a difference between what Taylor Cunt would tell them to do and what they would have done.

Fake and gay. It is not in the voice of Putin at all. It looks like this started on some random Telegram channel back in May of 2022: https://t.me/NadezhdaLuganskaja/13634

In the original Russian, It made various rounds through obscure Russian blogs and then appeared on this random X feed.

Genuine communications from world leaders, such as letters addressed to the international community, are typically disseminated through official channels and often feature distinctive elements for authentication. For instance, they might be released on official government websites, presented on official letterhead, bear an official registry number, and include tracking information for independent verification. (e.g., Letter from President Putin)

Just because a letter says something that we agree with doesn't mean we should run with it as authentic.

I find it odd that this is pinned.

hmmm....human nature seems to be different. Only a fringe majority do more than bitch and whine in the case of martial law. The majority go into a survival mentality and try to survive what is perceived to be a transient event. Interestingly, the majority want nothing more than their creature comforts. As a result, the tyrants exploit the patriotic acts of the fringe minority to reduce the creature comforts of the minority. The majority then turn on the patriots in the hopes of assuaging the wrath of their captors.

In short, most Americas will do nothing more than some reserved grumbling.

A strange gift to Trump. Hopefully the push the envelope. Maybe arrest the CO GOP Chair if he tries to hold a caucus to circumvent the ruling. Then, after Trump gets the nomination, hopefully they play the same game all over the the general election ballot.

Yea...for Zelly, it's perpetual war or loss of power. It'll be a Baghdad Bob scenario for President Combat Fatigues will give up power.

A moment after the war with Russia ends, the internal war begins. The Nazi western Ukraine has nothing in common with the luke warm to pro-Russia central and Eastern Ukraine.

Well, it wouldn't be to disband, but to tear down. Every country requires a strong internal intelligence angecy, just not one so compromised.

Now, you do have a good point about it being more complex than this. I know exactly squat when it comes to constitutional law, but that doesn't prevent me from acting like an expert :).

Importantly, SCOTUS issued a controversial ruling blocking one of President Trump's EO actions - saying that it violated the America Procedures Act and was arbitrary and capricious. Something very similar could happen in this case, if this action were to be taken without due regard for procedure and public safety.

Start with some basic history. You can choose your source. All accurate sources will say the same thing - the FBI was created by executive order: https://trac.syr.edu/tracfbi/atwork/current/fbiHistory.html#:~:text=In%201908%2C%20over%20the%20objections,the%20subject%20of%20intense%20controversy.

Then, comes the question what is necessary to cancel an executive order? I am lazy, so I will refer you to the Bar Association. Any of thousands of sources will yield the same result - the President can at any time cancel, amend or do whatever they choose with regards to any executive order from previous administrations or the current administration.

No reason for the down toots, but it's actually quite simple - an agency invented by executive order can be dissolved by executive order.
