I have no issues with individuals recording in public or on their own property.

When enough data points are accumulated you become predictable. And once you are predictable, you are easy to manipulate.
TPTB have no interest in Person A, so the corporations monetize the data. But down the road Person A decides that TPTB have gotten out of their lane. Now TPTB can start manipulating Person A once they decide that he's a threat.

My response to that is that people who join the Armed Services give up numerous rights, why should people who are serving to lead this nation not do the same?

Trump deserves his name on numerous edifices and buildings for historical purposes if nothing else. Why did the Deep State want to destroy all the statues and other historical references? Because people with no history can be more easily manipulated.

I have repeatedly brought up the idea of a class action lawsuit (per Q) against FedGov for every nickle (since pennies are no longer a thing) my extended family has paid in to be remitted due to the fraud that has been revealed. We have standing under the First Amendment, which ends with the clause "...and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
This is a discussion we need to have, and an idea that needs to be pushed out into the public awareness.
Every hacktivist "judge" who let's these animals back out on the street needs to be charged as an accessory before the fact for each and every crime they commit after being released.
