I agree with this comment but your first comment sounds like you want some credit for what the Holy Spirit does for you. His spirit does indeed dwell within us but It is not us who improves ourselves. It is the Spirit that does the work lest anyone should boast. It is the Spirit that influences how we exercise free will. Our choices, our will, stays in line with God’s will when we are obedient to the Holy Spirit’s influence. We long to be obedient because our love for and faith in Jesus drives it. That is all. It is not our work but the Spirit’s. All glory to God!
Romans 15:13 - Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
His will is the guidance offered by the Holy Spirit that lives within us. It is what steers how we live and use our free will to choose God’s will over our own. Often the harder choices that lead to growth instead of the easy path of least resistance that our flesh desires. You could say you’re conscious but that is too general a description because the Holy Spirit’s influence controls our conscious when born again. If it just your conscious then your guiding yourself. Your flesh will always deceive you because it is inherently sinful but when we abide in the Spirit we are obedient to God. This is what Jesus died for. To usher in His Spirit to us and redeem us to the Father. All glory to God!
Did you notice it says the kingdom of God and not the kingdom of you? It is talking God’s kingdom. Not yours. Moreover, it says in you, not that it is you. The Holy Spirit guides us to the will of Christ through our love for Him. That is how we are freed from the bondage of sin. Better not listen to yourself too hard over the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
How can you think you have anything to do with the Holy Spirit living in you beyond your acceptance of His invitation? You are indirectly saying that YOU are as good as the Holy Spirit. The only good in you is the Holy Spirit. There is nothing good about man. Our flesh craves sin. That is why Jesus had to pay our debt of sin with His death to redeem us. Nothing comes from ourselves except for our faith in Jesus.
Denying yourself is denying your own sinful will and living by God’s will over your own as led by the Holy Spirit. Unless you are trying to say you have ascended and are sinless already. Until Jesus brings us home and recreates us with new heavenly bodies we are not ascended.
Self empowerment is Gnostic garbage. You want empowerment? We draw closer to Jesus as we deny ourselves and accept His will as our own. Now THAT is empowerment. That is the only way to ascend.
Hard NO! Our system runs on debt, not money. Banks don’t hand out loans using money they have stored away somewhere. They simply write a contract (promissory note) that says you will pay X amount of federal reserve notes (promissory notes) in X amount of time. According to our constitution, there is no such thing as real money except for minted gold and silver coin. Banks don’t lend money. They create monetary contracts out of thin air and you pay them back in the flavor of currency that is stated in the contract.
What’s really crazy is they get paid more than once. One is the dollars (notes) you pay to them to fulfill your contract and also is the dollars (notes) they get paid by the federal reserve. They send their contract (promissory note) to the federal reserve and the Fed gives them Fed Res notes for the amount of the contract also. Is all a big Ponzi scheme. This is all fact. Do the research and you’ll see.

Yes, I agree science and God are on converging paths and not divergent. All I am saying is your either trusting in some dude in a laboratory synthesizing materials in a beaker or your eating vegetation and animals. I rather put my trust in God’s materials and the process by which He makes them. Now, am I guilty of consuming some form of synthetic crap, yes, as this modern world makes it almost impossible not to. Unless one has the ability and wherewithal to live somewhere away from society and be one with nature everyone will. That being said, I try my best.
The modern world has left God out of everything even though He has provided, everything. Meaning, we use paper and digits as money when he provides gold and silver. We take pills designed in a lab and made in a factory instead of watching and using the naturally sourced materials for medicines. We eat, who the fuck knows anymore, instead of growing our own crops and raising our own animals. The crops and animals we buy are full of, who the fuck knows, chemicals and hormones. The list goes on and on into infinity of the things we have replaced God and His ways with. Everything in this modern society is a copy of what God has actually provided naturally. Collectively, where is our faith? In what God has provided, or what man has copied? That what I was driving at. I got. I have no problem with science as it ultimately will lead us back to The Creator. All glory to God.

More like vote and still die. Nobody ever voted their way out of tyranny. Who’s to say the lesser of two evils you vote in isn’t the exact same consequence but at just a slower pace? No man is any better than his last decision or action. Unless Jesus is involved death is imminent.
I agree pot does not cure cancer. However, if something is synthesized it is not made by God. You may think chemical copies are exact but unless it is harvested from a naturally made source it is not exact, not natural, and not made by God.

Seventh grade history teacher started on the left end of the chalkboard by writing the word freedom. He wrote the word communism on the right side. He then started making tick marks from left to right by reading off a variety of different laws. Some piddly and stupid some important and serious. Us seventh graders got the message that every single law brings society closer to communism. Why are old, outdated, defunct laws, like it’s illegal to kill a sparrow in a cemetery, not ever taken off the books? Because it’s never about creating a great society. It’s always about gaining power, inch by inch. The inevitable slow creep of control. Human nature. Even so called conservatives are guilty of this. They just move slower towards the same end goal as the progressive left.
I may not remember the details but according to my high school public safety class, that was taught by a retired California Highway Patrol officer, an arrest must be made during a citizen’s arrest. These are pretty damning numbers. I’d like to know how we’re they came from. Not doubting, not believing, would just like some legitimacy beyond a random person with the ability to make graphs and post.
Giving up their personal sovereignty to save their lives is oxymoronic. Their bodies, a place that no entity has, or ever should have, control over but the host. It is the most private and sovereign reality in physical existence. It is where the ethereal meets the physical and those that give over that control are at level of ignorance and self destruction that I cannot even understand, yet put into words. I would rather die then give up my personal sovereignty.
Anyone who got vaxxed to “save their lives” does not respect their lives enough to be worthy of saving in my opinion. It is those that got vaxxed to save other’s lives that my heart goes out to. They are the true victims. I argue they comprehend the value of life much more than those who throw away control of their lives, which in turn results in losing their lives, in the name of saving themselves.
