I grew up in Union county and still work there part-time but I have lived in Middlesex county for years now. Yes, there are many of us who vote red (native Jerseyans) but we have had an influx of immigrants (both from other countries and New York) for a very long time who tend to vote blue. I think we are up to 18 different languages on our voter information. With all of Murphy's crazy policies - off shore wind, only electric vehicles sales by 2030, no more state requirement to pass a statewide test for schools, the rapid push for DEI in all schools (up to K12 and state colleges., I think the Republicans have a chance to get a different message out that will appeal to more voters if they play it right. Yeah Jersey Strong.
Jack could not afford an audit and the RINO RNC would not help him. He did not want to concede. He is running again in 25. I would not give up on him. Glad to hear from a fellow Jack supporter. Maybe all the dead whales and dolphins will help the Republicans this time. People in NJ love their Jersey Shore.

Jack M. Ciattarelli lost to Phil Murphy 48 to 51.2.
On election night, Murphy won by less than 1 percent but counting continued for about 2 days for mail in votes and provisional votes. Jack did not concede until Nov 12. The RNC would not support him to audit the election.
I stayed up all night to watch the election results and some of the reporting was very strange. One county (Republican) shows it voted for the Democrat but then it flipped to Republican. One large blue county (Essex where Newark is located) did not show any results all night.
Maybe they are watching the sea level rise for us.
