No, you can either print from online or go to the polling place and fill out the form, then you get in line to get your ballot. In my case, my dad was there and got a few yesterday and we just filled them out and went in line this morning. You didn't have to submit anything online you could just print it...

I voted early this morning in MN as well, 1st time voting early and I would assume the last, but my ballot was #1707 in the machine!!! That made me feel amazing!!! Lots of people registering while I was there as well... I am feeling so much excitement about this and so much emotion watching his rallies last night and today...
