Can anyone give a condensed summary of how its financial?

My calculations approximate it closer to 1 in 10 million. Still astronomical, but not quite one in a billion (roughly 1-[1-(1/4)^19]^29811)

I'll try to summarize it for people overwhelmed with the Wall O' Text (tm). If I make a mistake feel free to correct me:

The essence of what he theorizes is that "global" recognition of Jan 6 as a violent insurrection, along with the detainment of the Jan 6 protesters in DC, is the critical piece of the puzzle that allows the military to use 11.1.3.3 of the law of war via the "law of belligerent occupation". Without that, there would be no legal premise on which to base military action against non-international armed conflict. Without the legal premise, the UN would be allowed to invade us with their military. Occupation is allowed to continue for one year, during this time the military investigates all illegitimate governments (surely including the swamp/cabal). If I understand correctly, after a year the results of investigation are revealed, and illegitimate governments are dealt with. Furthermore, he theorizes that the capitol police are different than the rest of the police in the US, and actually act as a military for the DC, because with the swamp/cabal occupying congress, DC is actually actually an illegitimate government occupying the position of the legitimate government of the US.

I know what you mean! My ears also prefer "data is" despite knowing better.

Well said. I'm very pro-IVM... but this evidence is weak. Especially since a competing hypothesis (an annual infection cycle) provides a viable interpretation of the data

Yes, as it would for many others. I'd like to propose a tweak, though, to OP's theory that may or may not bring it further into the realm of plausibility:

If an assassination attempt were feigned, then his "recovery" a few days later (3.5 days, perhaps?) would only encourage those who rally to his cause.

This is a card he has held onto for a long time, finally playing it when the time is right. This card, when played, brings big tech censorship back into the mind of the public

This is amazing! I think he's abstained from other social media for precisely this reason. He's not going to accept defeat.

What would really be the icing on the cake is if upon emerging with a victorious blow against twitter and big tech censorship, he tweets one single tweet to announce his victory, along with a link to his new social media account on some other platform.

Absolutely. It's pareidolia. People will find 666 anywhere they look.

However, we also know certain secret societies love dropping their symbols everywhere.

Small numerology note - for some reason, numerology in English usually multiplies the result by 6. Then bbb would be 6*(2+2+2) = 36. A paranoid person might see 36 and think 3 sixes

It refers to the morphological similarity between b and 6

Wow, yeah. It could literally all be right there.

My experience from chess is that "noise" and "bluffs" are usually more than "noise" and "bluffs". They require the proper response, forcing opposition activity and resources towards a certain direction.

Assuming the story is real and the words he spoke reflect his actual intent, then it is treason. However, unless additional details emerge supporting Milley's actual intent to follow through with his words, I don't see this holding up under legal scrutiny. His words are not necessarily treason if they were intended to trick the other general into complacency, or were empty politeness.

Great list. I wonder what "corn" and "cacti" represent. Would they fall under the broad "Plants" category?

Understood. The website doesn't provide a live burn count, though. It updated when the burn count reached this value, and hasn't updated since.

Yes! You're definitely on the right track! For anyone with doubts, check out slides 51 and 53 here https://www.slideshare.net/Oxfordlibrary/hard-tissue-charting Though, these slides say green means suspected work.
