Last few years I get panic attacks. Some days I get tremors and I feel like I can’t control my hands from shaking. I don’t do drugs or take anything and I’m in shape.
Damn I thought I was the only one. I have a hard time grasping the last 10 years or so and I’m only in my thirties. I can’t put together events in my head a lot of the time. I just sit trying to remember things. Maybe it’s just getting older but who knows.
