Liberal academia is insufferable, and I'm surrounded by it for the time being. I felt ire the last 4 years over all the local and federal nonsense, but didn't whine and incessantly post on social media about it.

Here in Indiana, newly elected Gov. Braun (R) started M.E.I. [Merit, Excellence, Innovation], and so many in my blue/university town are enraged by this play on their acronym. D.E.I. is deleted from the University website by order of President Trump, and the student body hive-minders on the subreddit are BIG mad. And...I.am.here.for.it. 🙌

The "deep state" has been operating at an abysmal level for this blatant of corruption to be permitted to occur. Thank God for this Liberation Day for these individuals (and so many more).

Same. My flagpole (extended type) broke in 2021 (ironic?) and I never bothered replacing it b/c of all the nonsense. I woke up this morning and saw the results, and mentally noted I need to buy a new pole and raise the flag again.

Agreed. Our child has one I have been getting notices for in order to attend college next year, and I'm holding off in hopes some requirement changes occur before then.
