I was using organic HWC in my morning coffee until this past week. Discovered it has gellen and guar gums...something I'm trying to omit if possible. Found a decent replacement that froths nicely.

The route owner competed nationally in BBQ competitions and rewarded the top route runners with a 24 hour smoked brisket.
