I am feeling grateful you were in a financial place to make the decision you did.
Sadly, our business was a year and a half old with a large 7A, plus operating expenses, hanging over our heads. It wasn't in the cards to personal fund this business. We had no option.

Im passionate about small business continuing to be a huge part of our communities. We were forced into a situation that should have never been. It was lose everything or take this loan. We had rent to pay. There were obligated contracts to pay. Oddly enough, vendors still wanted their money and employees still wanted to be paid.
There are so many others in this exact same situation and it breaks my heart. This situation is destroying decades old businesses.
I suppose if you're ok with small businesses no longer existing and just handing more of our hard earned money to the top dogs, then sure....let's just keep going the way we're going.
Look forward to showing this to my kiddos when we start school again! Feel so fortunate to be able to choose what my babies are learning.
