Figure out what kind of "guilt" you are experiencing.
There is the guilt when we've done something wrong and we know it. This can be rectified by apologizing for our bad or inappropriate behavior.

Then there is anger that is converted into "guilt" because expressing anger was not acceptable in our families. This is the one I had to learn to deal with, and also sounds like what you may be experiencing. I never felt the anger building inside, but always felt "guilty". Once I learned this, I had to figure out how to handle it. So I would sit in my car (where no one could hear me) and go through all the things that "might" be making me mad. I would finally find it, and all hell would break loose inside that car, screaming, crying hysterically, calling all those people infringing on me all kinds of names, and the meltdown would last until all the words had been said, and there was nothing left to say. At that point, I was able to think rationally, and figure out how to handle the situation so that I didn't allow myself to get dumped on any more in that situation. Had to do this for multiple situations while learning how to take care of myself and my needs.

As bad as your father in law is, see if hospice can help. They can provide lists of caregivers so you can have a rest, a good hospital bed, diapers, baths, direction, spiritual guideance, etc. They understand what it's like to do care giving on a daily basis and can help talk you through issues and help bring some calmness to your life. Both my parents were on hospice, and the workers were sent by God. I was the only caregiver, and my closest family members conveniently "moved away", but tried to control my decisions. It was a mess, but hospice had my back, and I was able to hire some really caring people to help out.

Totally agree. My son wasn't circumcised. When he was older, he thanked me for letting it be his decision. He was fine with how he was.

I have celiac and stopped wheat totally. My celiac is "under control". I had brain fog, inability to focus, inability to organize or figure things out. I started the amino acid L-Tyrosine, and those problems went away. Massive improvement within a week. 500mg would wear off about 4pm, so I started on the 750mg dosage. Might be worth a try at the very least.

Normally as "Former President" is what I've seen. Especially when making a public speech. Or he would be "45th President of the United States". But maybe this is looser than what I think...

Did you notice the CPAC stage in the first few seconds of this video? It says "President Donald J. Trump". So wherever this video is seen around the world, he is "claiming" the presidency.

1 hyper

2 hyper and peace

3 probable

4 possible but more likely in 2023, normies can't handle so much at once

5 I have HIGH HOPES

6 whut?

7 YES

I'm a true believer in "you get what you expect". However, I've learned that sometimes what I put out to "get" is too vague/broad, so I get it, but not in the way I would have chosen. For example, I wanted a new house. Well, I'm getting one, but only because a tornado destroyed mine.

Here's another possibility, found on 8kun (give it several seconds to load, should go to the correct comment). Could this be indirectly pointing to child indoctrination? Special Council Robert Durham = SCRD. Gender-Affirming Policies Support Transgender and Gender Diverse Youth's.

There are multiple Durhams, all prosecutors. One we normally think about is John Henry Durham, Sr. the father, and he has 2 sons who are prosecutors, one is John Joseph Durham, Jr. Don't know names of the other sons, but wouldn't that be interesting if one was Robert? Here is an old Durham decode video when we first found out there was a John, Sr. and a Jr. "Double meanings exist. Q"

Do a site search for benadryl - easier to get than the ivermectin and HCQ. Other posters are sharing very good information. Get whichever ones you can ASAP and take them. The faster you can hit the virus the better.

This is scary. These are some items that stood out for me:

The Wallenbergs control......

telecommunication multinational Ericsson...

the world's second-largest stock exchange Nasdaq, Inc....

the world's second-largest appliance maker Electrolux...

pharmaceutical multinational AstraZeneca... [and many others]

The Wallenbergs benefited from trading with both sides during WW2. [guess this is why Sweden stays out of all wars]

Raoul Wallenberg....saved Hungarian jews. [including George Soros]

It’s curious that during the pandemic, just as in WW2, Sweden abstained from taking part in the charade, and did not lockdown, ... [did they know it was fake?]

This may be the most scary part:

Any future digital money system will rely on the systems this family own. This is no doubt why Sweden is way ahead of other countries in microchipping it’s population and is on course to be first totally cashless society by 2023 - Swedes can pay for goods, display covid passports, membership cards or to gain access to the office using a chip under their skin that can be updated via an app. [rice-grain size chip inserted just above their thumbs]

We used to have a huge meme library on mega.nz but apparently it isn't ok to post the truth on that site, and none of the links work now. Even the Q Proof link no longer works. Hoping the anon who kept it up can find a new repository.

Sorry in advance for the wall of text.

There is a test called Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which uses a 4 letter code. E/I N/S T/F P/J. It identifies inate strengths and weaknesses. Everyone has characteristics of ALL of the letters, but in different proportions. So, a person may have a lot of Extrovert, and only a bit of Introvert. Or a lot of Feeling, and very little Thinking (logic). What I'm seeing is that these traits are inherited, passed down from generation to generation.

The N letter of the indicator is for intuitive, this is the creative letter, the head in the clouds type processing of information. The opposite is the S indicator, for sensing, which is for the hands on, immediate needs using one's senses method of processing information. Every letter combination has both strengths and weaknesses, and it isn't tied to race, sex, or country. However, if you have a group of S people all getting married to each other, odds are that most of their kids are also S.

These letters can be used to evaluate your skills for potential jobs. The majority of women are Feeling types, and it appears most Democrats are too, based on their demands that all decisions be based on "feelings". Whole cities, states and countries can be pegged as a particular type, though many individuals there are totally different types.

Most Emergency Room and police workers are S types; they have natural skills in using their senses to process information. SJ types are extraordinarily hard workers. ISTJ types are the natural accountants, and ENTJ types are natural CEO's.

My take on your post is that you're saying most Chinese are S types, and not N types. Skin color has nothing to do with it. So, not racist, merely an observation of skill sets.

Totally agree. Q changed my life in a good way, reframed the entire world for me. Didn't find Q until Sep 2018, and remember starting from post #1 to get up to date. Many times I was squealing with delight while reading a post, and several times jumped from my chair and did a little happy dance. The information in the Q drops have kept me calm and looking forward to the "chaos" that is needed for us to "fix" our country. Ready for all the criminals to be charged and sentenced.

The Florida PSC (Public Service Commission) regulates telecommunications, electrical, gas, water and transport companies. The rates are in large books called "tariffs" that are supposed to be open to the public. When a company raises their rates, or changes anything in the tariff, they have to present the changes to the PSC for approval. The telephone tariffs I worked with were at least 1 ft thick for each state, then we had the federal (FCC) ones.

I once got into it with Ala Power, and asked for a copy of their tariff. The lady didn't want to send it to me, it was SO BIG and SO COMPLICATED. I assured her I knew how to read tariffs. When it finally came, it was about 1/2 inch thick and no where near as complicated as the file room full of ones I worked with every day. I laughed.

Tell them you want a copy of the tariff, even if you have to pick it up in person. Then compare the rates to your bill.

I usually focus about 1 inch beyond the picture, it seems to make the 3D object jump out faster.

Can all the Congressional scumbags who hold dual citizenship with Israel be considered foreigners?

TwistedTrees 4 points ago +4 / -0

This may be over simplifying, but if you have a FISA on someone, you can "hop" to someone they know, think it is up to two "hops", so anyone those people know (friends, family, co-workers, etc), you can do surveilance on them too, without a warrant. One more way of getting around the laws, like using 5eyes (FVEY) to do surveilance on someone else's country, and "leaking" it back to you.

I'm old enough I no longer have a cycle. The pill caused the same reaction when I was younger, had to stop taking it. Not a myth. I accidentally eat something containing a soy product, I'm crying all day the next day, then have to figure out what I ate, and eliminate it. Lays recently started adding soy to their potato chips, and I noticed I had become weepy. Took me a month to figure out I needed to read the new label. They even recommend that soy milk not be fed to baby boys. Again, not a myth, based on personal experience, and taking several years to figure out why I cried so much when there was nothing to cry about. Yeah, it was so bad, I had to quit work.

Check every food label for soy products. It acts like a female hormone in the body. I'm female and can't eat soy - it makes me highly emotional and teary/ crying for about 24-48 hours afterward.

They apologized for that. They are "grabbing" people they want on the air as they pass through the main walking area, and don't have them scheduled, so they had to grab Mike when he walked by. It was nothing nefarious, and it seems like I remember they are going to replay the speech, didn't catch the details.
