Wow, thanks for the update…. Was Lee Creek hit that hard?? Looks like the area was spared a little. Scotch Creek and Celista are unrecognizable. A buddy of mine took a trip up the shoreline in his boat and sent me a video. My boyhood home is still standing but many houses in the vicinity are destroyed. Our family doesn’t own it anymore but I’d hate to see it burn. I’ve seen lots of people complaining about the “authorities” interfering with local people trying to protect their property…. I really wouldn’t expect anything less.

This has been a tough fire season but the amount of devastation has been unprecedented. I think this is just another symptom of the failure of all our public institutions in Canada. Health care has failed, you can’t get a passport, can’t get a gun licence, can’t get through to CRA by telephone and now they can’t put out small brush fires…. Everything the government is responsible for has gone to shit.

Hi Fren…. We have chatted here before. I just got back from our summer trip to the Shu. I can’t get my head around the devastation in the area, what a disaster. The good news is the people from this area are strong and resilient and self sufficient and when the smoke clears, and it will, they will pick up the pieces and carry on with dignity. I had a good chat with Craig and Darla and Matt on the beach up at Seymour this summer, I believe we share a connection through this family. This family exemplifies the spirit of the North Shuswap and as long as they are there the spirit of self sufficiency will live on. God bless.

Sorry Fren, I’m afraid this is a real death. I train at a private waterski lake in Northern Alberta. This young man was well known in our waterski community because he went to university with the owner of my lakes grandson in Louisiana. The community is aghast. Now, I can’t confirm his Vax status but is a safe assumption that he was vaxed because he was from Ontario and had to cross the border. I asked about specifics of his death and all that people close to him would say was “suddenly”.

That’s only for the first six injections…. It’s the seventh, magic number seven that is your ticket to robust health, longevity and freedom from infection.

My favourite movie of all time…. My Dad took me to see it in the theatre when I was 10 years old.

She was Dukhobor, not indigenous…. They were escapees from Russia who lived communally, kinda like Amish. The BC government took offence at their lifestyle and incarcerated their children. To answer your question, no…. Despite her institutional upbringing there have been no deleterious effects on my family.

I completely agree…. My grandmothers experience was tragic however it has no impact on my life other than a deep distrust of government. The politicization and continuance of the suffering through insane concepts as “bone memory” do nothing but perpetuate the tragedy.

My grandmother was incarcerated in a residential school for seven years…. It doesn’t effect me one bit.

The mothers and children are white…. This looks like Mounties stealing children from Dokhobour colonies. Dukhobors were Russian immigrants who tried to protect their children from toxic public education and were rewarded by loosing their children to the residential school system. My grandmother was jailed and abused in a residential school from age 7 - 15.

Thank you for posting…. I was just yesterday explaining Mao’s famine to one of my staff. I live in Canada and our glorious leader has just announced his “Just Transition” plan to re-educate and re-employ energy workers. Even their nomenclature seems naively communist to me. I was trying to explain the dangers inherit in central planning and micromanaging complex systems. I was met with a blank stare…. Maybe I’ll pass on this video.

Well…. The clinical trial is still underway. For some reason billions of people took this treatment without a shred of skepticism.
