OP was suggesting that humans have been cloned and brought to maturity, and in the case of Hillary, advanced age, trained to act the same as the target, and successfully swapped-in as a replacement. Hillary is almost 80 years old, am I supposed to believe without any evidence that a clone (or set of clones) was raised to a similar age, specifically from Hillary based on her dna and this happened prior to Dolly-the-Sheep? or are we talking about accellerated ageing or something like that?

Is it possible that someone re-manufactures a round. Literally fills a brass casing with propellant, pushes the bullet in, crimps it whatever you need to do to make a functioning projectile, except they don't put in enough so it's a 30-06 but it doesn't perform like one you would buy ready made? Could they also heavily score the outside jacket of the bullet? so it fragments way more than a smooth one? Or would that just make it impossible to land on a target reliably?
